I was accused of opening up a $17 can of primer I was trying to return. The person actually opened up the can and doesn’t understand the contents setted and needed mixing.

Well my instore experience was very good as it always is or has been. But they need to change the wording on there receipt for entering there Drawing. The web address on the receipt is wrong and takes you to all kinds of places that look like Home depot is going to ask you questions but it does not go to Home Depot. If you want to enter the Drawing you must go to : Now spell it like this HomeDepot.com login Medallia. I spoke to a manager after being lead around by the other web sight on the receipt which will basically force yo9u to download other programs that will change your Browser and Homepage .among other things. I can't believe no one else has a problem with this.

I bought few things and with help of Genovita my shopping experience was very smooth.

I stop at the store for one item, and ended with a lot more than I expected.

Yony, customer service manager helped me way beyond my expectation. the story goes as follows: I bought a mirror for to replace the old one in bathroom. the approval for the management delayed(3 managers changed). anyway, it's the wrong size when the box was opened. Yony did what she could though it's over the return time limit. i was very thankful for what she did especially it's a special holiday season for my culture. Michael was great! he helped to cut baseboard so that i could get on bus without frustration.

My overall experience here was wonderful, very different from some other Home Depot’s I’ve visited. Every area an employee was there willing to help. And my experience cashing out with Keisha was wonderful, she was just so sweet and it makes you want to come back!

I came to buy a couple of item for my Job site and just with simple help of wonderful people like Genovita and Steven I walk out with a full shopping cart worth of very important items.

Had excellent service from Alice and Hussain in helping us pick out a new plant for our apartment. They expertly potted and explained to us how to care for it and keep it healthy for years to come. Would not hesitate to make another plant purchase here again!

I’m used to the usual typical, non-eventful shopping experience at Home Depot; with a least one of the items I came for out of stock. This visit was so-so (as usual) until I went to check-out and I met Dana as my check-out clerk (usually do self-checkout); but, she motioned me over and her charisma was very appealing. We chatted during my checkout and I found her one of the most pleasant, humorous, delightful employees that I have encountered at Home Depot (I’m a 20+ yr regular shopper). I will look for Dana on my next Home Depot shopping visit. I wasn’t in the best of moods entering the store; after meeting and being checked/cashed-out by Dana, I left the store in a much-changed pleasant, upbeat mood! Dana needs to be rewarded with a raise, promotion, xtra week vacation just to keep her presence at Home Depot! I will look for her on my next Home Depot shopping experience!

I bought an over the toilet bathroom storage online, and also a sealing fan in the store, great price delivered same day.

Accused of stealing shopping cart with my daughter and my assistant when I have a restaurant a block away they should be ashamed of themselves terrible

He refused to match the price online even when his supervisor asked him too. The item has one word in the description different than the one online, however, customer was able to check the item ID number and they are the same.

I have visited this store multiple times for different items and consistently find the sales assistants to be readily accessible, friendly and very knowledgeable. It is the best big box hardware store that I have ever used. Hands-down!
