This store always goes above and beyond on customer service from friendly smiles to being able to find an employee quickly I am always imoressed with this store. We choose Home Depot over other home improvement stores due to this as well as their pet policy. We love taking our dig during not too busy times of the day to walk the store and find new projects for our home. The staff loves her and she loves the store it's great to see everyone so helpful and friendly and welcoming to us. We love the store and all the employees

I shop at Home Depot Manhattan, KS 1-2 x/week. I am always greeted with "can I help you find anything," several times before I leave. The customer service I get at THD is greatly appreciated. Thank You!

Products are arranged logically and are easy to find. I didn't have to take "all day" trying to find the item I was after

Shop at this Home Depot frequently. The store usually has what I need and in stock. The staff are more knowledgeable than many other big stores and very helpful finding items in the vast inventory. It's a great store for me.

Employees were not trained on the products thus we purchased a dishwasher that required additional cost and effort to install and were not informed by the employees that LG dishwashers do not come with a power cord, and do not have conversion kits for longer drain line runs-had to hire a plumber to resolve these issues had we been told the full story we probably would have selected another product

The only reason I rated the availability as good is because if you want to talk to a designer you HAVE to make an appointment and not everyone knows that. In the painful duration of rebuilding my house last year, the only good experience was my kitchen. I will never regret going to Jeanne for it and sitting there for hours picking out EXACTLY what I wanted without any pushing or prodding for a certain way or brand. When I had to re-do half of the layout because my contractor gave me the wrong dimensions there was no pressure of any kind, we just dealt with it like a team. When she brought the design up on her computer it looked exactly the way I wanted it. In the end we had problems with two shelves because of the way the framing was done and the other one because the walls weren't straight. The installer told me he could do it but it wouldn't hold anything or the look wouldn't be the way I wanted it to. There was no issue returning the shelves and and order a shorter one and a different type. There was some leftover material which I also brought back without any issues. If anyone out there wants a kitchen redone I recommend the Home Depot. Don't use your contractor. You'll spend more time and nerves and 20% of your cost. For that you can easily pay for the measuring and install. Trust me. My only regret is that I didn't have the Home Depot do everything they offer to install.

Your biggest advantage over your competitors is your employees, Home Depot in general. The Manhattan store employees are easy to locate, eager to assist, and friendly. Absolutely the top HD of the 20+ stores I've visited in region {KS,NE,MO,OK).

Customer service was great. Employees that were around the store and helping load were unprofessional and not very helpful. I had to wait a long time for the guys in the back to bring my purchase up. After they loaded it, they left me to tie it down my self. I am an older woman, I would think they would at least offer, but I guess not.

Lynne, in flooring and window treatments did an excellent job of helping me pick out and special order blinds for my new house. Lynne was very knowledgeable and provided GREAT customer service!

Store people very friendly and most helpful and knew their jobs very well

We have been doing renovations in our home over the past two months and of all the places we went, we kept coming back to our Home Depot Store. It just had the supplies, friendly help, and organized areas, plus was not overwhelming with too much stuff. They had just what we needed. We decided not to go back to any other stores and have been using Home Depot for all our carpet and flooring projects. We have not been disappointed!!!

As a general whole this location has been able to bend over backwards and has gone the extra mile at coming up with solutions or even if they don't have the product they give guidance to where they can order it or where else in town to get it. The "where else to get it" reminds me of the classic movie "Miracle on 34th Street" where the Santa directs people outside of Macys where to buy items. The result ended up being that the customers ended up with what they needed elsewhere but ultimately wound up buying more from Macys because Macys showed that they were about helping meets needs beyond just making money.

I had a warranty question on a Ridgid product I was about to purchase as well as one I'd just purchased and how they fit together and that I'd had a hiccup getting the prior purchase registered. They not only called and answered my question - even with a hold time - but they resolved my registration hiccup on a previous purchase. Thanks - Great Customer Service and a very knowledge person in the tool department as well.

Great store, Great staff. Went in for a spark plug and rocks, they had everything in stock.
