I really enjoyed my last visit to home depot. Very clean, excellent staffs.

I have been shopping in the Home Depot store Since it had Opened in Manhattan and never had a bad day of shopping. Love the place. Great people work there and Great service.

The store is always clean and the store associates are not only easy to locate, but very knowledgable.

I needed assistance finding one of my items. the young lady assisting me was pleasant, professional and extremely helpful.

I enjoyed being in a clean store where the aisles were not cluttered. I appreciated the friendly store associates. I went to several departments because we are remodeling our whole house, and I always had an associate ask me if I was finding everything ok and if they could help assist me with anything and did it with a smile. We are trying to sell our house after remodeling it, and when we get our next house we will be remodeling and will definitely come back because of the excellent service and prices we received! Thank you!

The staff is trained. They are friendly and courteous. They go the extra mile to help. I always come to Home Depot first.

This store never fails to provide me with outstanding customer service and detailed information about anything I might have a question about. This is true even if their answers are going to lead me to NOT purchase from them which to me is HUGE because it shows they care more about their customers then their own sales and products (as it should be)! I prefer to drive an hour to my Home Depot than go to a local store in my town for almost every home improvement or DIY project (to be fair, sometimes I can't afford to wait the hour drive... a leak won't stop leaking just for me to drive out of town and back :P )!

Back to the store, great place to shop, I have never had a bad experience at this store. I visit HD often for business supplies. I always need paint and wood. Bob is always professional in the paint department. Kate checked us out today and she was so sweet and friendly.

The product we wanted was in stock and convenient to find. Checkout was fast and friendly and an associate was available quickly to help us load our truck.

The associates at this Home Depot are so friendly. I can't help but think that they have good working relationships because the banter and smiles they shared with one another and with customers was so fun to experience. I almost felt like I was among family because they were all so nice. The experience I had beats by far one when you walk into a store and associates don't notice you or they seem unapproachable. One associate named Lonnie was really above par in helpfulness and customer service. He stayed with me the entire time I requested his assistance instead of just pointing to an aisle and walking away. He even carried my item to the front of the store for me. If being treated like you matter and your dollar is valued, shop at this store, where the associates are awesome!!!

I didn't know anything about the project I had to do, but the department associates DID know, and they talked me through it, and helped me find exactly what I needed! It was a huge relief and now I'm wondering...hmmm...what ELSE can I do?!

You really need more associates-not on this visit but I have been told when I finally find an associate that the associate for that area isn't here and I can't help in this area. I have also found products that an associate told me they didn't have.

Store was clean and service was quick in the paint department.

I APPRECIATE HAVING A STORE ON MY SIDE OF TOWN WITH A VARIETY OF PRODUCTS IN STOCK FOR MY HANDYMAN TASKS AROUND THE HOME. I CAN USUALLY FIND WHAT I NEED WITHOUT HAVING TO RUN ALL AROUND TOWN.

I like that the store is clean and organized. The associates actually wait until you can make your own decision and don't rush you.

My first impression was awesome, as a Veteran, when I saw the parking sign specifically for Purple Heart recipients, out front. The cleanliness and organization of the store was nice. Your dedication to the Military and Veterans is outstanding.

Purchased and item that I later did not need. Went back and returned it with no problem. Went to browse around the store and ended buying more than what i had just returned.

The products are innovative and cover every need, practical, and not. I needed a bracket for a lamp and the associate helped me to find what I needed in the plumbing section.
