I have been a customer at #2217 since this store has opened and I have to say the customer service is continually getting better and better! Hats off to the leadership and staff who are actively pushing the bar forward!! Great Job!!

The store is across the street from Target and the Dollar Tree. It's conveniently located to get all that you need. When I need tools for a project I can always hit the trifecta and find what's needed.

The staff at this location is always great.

We are building a new fence and the team at this store was very helpful from finding what we needed to loading our trailer! AWESOME!

Floor people are almost always knowledgeable, and aren't shy about finding someone else who might know more.

Cashier would not give military discounts unless app was loaded on smartphone. I don’t have a smart phone so therefore did not get the discount. Cashier was rude. I think it’s ridiculous that a military ID is not good enough for a discount.

Anthony needs some retraining on his customer service skills. He was not at all friendly. Acted as though I was an inconvenience.

All employee here try to help as much as they can. I’ve shopped in different areas from lumber, blinds, appliances and every time someone tries to go above and beyond to help me out with what I need

Still don't know if a replacement product is going to be delivered after waiting on the phone for over 40 minutes to see if the damaged product will be replaced and when.

Sandy, one of the assistant managers, was not only friendly and had a smile on her face, but she was upbeat and more than happy to assist me with my purchase. Great service at a great price with a great smile!

The Home Depot associate, Callie, who assisted us at the customer service desk was incredibly helpful. We had a complicated online order and Callie was courteous and knowledgeable throughout the entire shopping experience.

We use only Milwaukee tools and consumables when possible. The hole 3" hole saw we purchased this time was a cobalt 3" hole saw do to our application cutting through numerous layers of wood in a floor.

If you’re an older veteran without a smartphone or the ability to dig up old military papers to prove you’re a veteran through homedepot’s invasive application process, you can count on being denied your military/veteran discount like I was. Kathleen did not want to help us in any manner and refused to get the manager until she finally gave up and yelled across the store to her manager Amy

Employees just pull if the top of the stack, they don't look to see if there are chunks missing from decking. Manager cares just as much. Time and money lost, manager did 10% off, which any cashier can do anytime without asking.

I continue to purchase Bessey clamps from Home Depot! Always available and most woodworkers know you never have enough clamps!

This is our favorite home improvement store! Always polite and competent sellers who know all the information about the goods provided. We also always find everything we need in this store. Highly recommend!

Everytime I go into the Home Depot I always have a excellent experience. I am normally always greeted and when an employee passes by they always ask if I need help. The staff is friendly and so helpful that I will always go back.

The service at the Pro Desk was amazing! They completed my order quickly and accurately. Sandy and Allen are always super helpful.

The lady who helped was wonderful. She was training a young man and if she was training him, I bet he will be great too. She suggested a better alternative for me to purchase a weed eater than the one I was looking, and I am very happy. One thing, though. I was overcharged $20.00.

I bought a washing machine "Maytag" and I interacted with Anita Carroll who was very helpful.

Sonia of the Manhatten ks homedepot was very helpful and she definitely valued her service and the help of her customers. There should be more employees like her to have a very satisfying shopping experience. She help us tremendously as we live far away ,she didn't want us to make extra trips so she made sure we had the right things . Attention to detail is a must and she was spot on.
