All my questions were answered. I did have to wait for help but that was because the two associates were helping customers.

Great store with a great selection! Just bought a cub cadet rider from them and with their price match guarantee, plus an additional 10% off from their best price policy, I saved $380. Very happy!

I always enjoy visiting the store. I love the selection of items available. I enjoy the garden section the most while my boyfriend likes the hand tools and garden tractors. I have always been able to find whatever I need. The staff has always been kind and friendly no matter what my request is.

I was shopping in the garden finding employees knowledgable, courteous and helpful. The cashier was great. She continued scanning while we were joking with her about the rain. She offered assistance to load the car. The employees and specifically the cashier made shopping not only pleasant but also fun! I am a BIG believer in good customer service. Mankato Home Depot Garden Department serves as an excellent model for other businesses! I will definitely return!

I was looking for some specific plumbing supplies for a project I have at home. The person at Home Depot that helped me was very helpful with all my needs. He took me directly to the product I needed, pointed out the difference the cheap version, and the one that will probably last longer, and made me feel at ease with the items I purchased. Home Depot is heads above any similar store. The associates are terrific. Extremely knowledgeable, courteous and always helpful to find something, answer questions or provide professional knowledge to help me with my projects.

I was planning to survey stores for the product I was looking for style and price. Home Depot was the first store and I was stunned at the quality and the price of the bird feeder hanger I was looking for. I have recently moved and am exhausted so getting this so fast was wonderful for me. Associate readily available and carried the object to my car for me.

The Mankato staff is always extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about their products and location making my visit extremely appreciative. In addition I sincerely appreciate Home Depot's recognition of veterans by honoring and giving our nations veterans a discount on all their products.

Store is clean. Associates are very friendly and helpful. Returns are always handled in a very courteous manner. I like the way they have the paint department organized. It's pretty easy to find the supplies I need and get my purchases made quickly when I am in a hurry.

Great customer service! Two great employees and one resourceful and creative manager went above and beyond to get my landscaping materials delivered to me on a very tight schedule. Even the delivery guy was on time, courteous and friendly!

The bathrooms were real clean. The front part of the store by the cashier was open and clean. The garden area was really clean with very few birds flying around.

Excellent, worry free, professional and courteous service from the second I walked into the flooring department until the installation crew pulled out of my driveway. I never expected my carpet buying experience to be such a wonderful adventure. Store associate David went above and beyond to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted and the installation crew verified everything before they began their work. They worked very hard and were very professional and didn't leave until they walked me around each room and made sure I was completely satisfied with the job they had done. I expected there to be a minor hiccup of some kink at one point or another, but the whole experience was more than I anticipated. I wouldn't hesitate a second to buy carpet again from Home Depot. Thank You for a worry free experience!

You went beyond doing a price check and sending me on my way, but found out where we were on the transaction and took me to customer service until the pricing issue was resolved. That was above and beyond what most people do. All the time, you remained happy and helpful. I really appreciated that.

They had items in stock for installation on day off

The store was exceptionally clean and well organized overall. I came in today looking for a specific paint color and I had wonderful help from the paint associate. He was very knowledgeable within the department and helped choose the appropriate color. I had very little wait time at the paint desk and also at the checkout. Associates were readily available throughout the store. Great experience!
