I hate the self-check out movement by companies to maximise profits by taking away jobs.

Sarah was the sales representative that took care of us . She was very knowledgeable with the stoves and went out of her way to make sure our purchasing experience was enjoyable. Sarah is an asset to your store

I'm very satisfied with this store.

Called in an order and spoke to Lucy. She set everything up for me. She was quick and knowledgeable. When i went in to pick up the order i was met by Lucy. Her personality and professionalism is bigger than her . She is exceptional at her job and deserves great praise. I will definitely be back because of her dedication to great customer service.

I was treated very poorly by one of the new cashiers and then as I was waiting for my concrete. Me and my buisness partner witnessed her be very rude to several more costumers. This homedepot clearly isn't like it used to be.

I believe this store misused or made an error managing my customer data. They couldn't help me over the phone at the location and at the 800 number. When I inquired about why I was sent a survey, they told me the link I was sent was not from Homedepot. I sure wish somone competent could speak to me about my customer data.

Thru the years as in almost all stores since the downfall started things just seem to be out of stock or discontinued. HD is not alone and this problem goes much deeper than industry leads us to believe. You know deep down I am right as we are in a forced decline and if we wanted could change this in a heartbeat but maybe the gods of humanity have a different idea for humanity

Dana walked me a through a project that I didn’t anticipate needing so much help. He walked me through the store and help me gather all the supplies needed and taught me how to use them. He was very friendly and knowledgeable!

Wow! I have been in the area 1 year and this HD never ceases to amaze me. The staff is helpful, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly! I highly recommend this store in Marana!

The store is clean and staff is readily available to help you look for what you need. Everything was easy to find and everything was in stock.

The lack of employees in this store negatively impacts the customers experience. We had to use self checkout as that’s the only method available. We were purchasing multiple plants and other miscellaneous items for our garden project at home. Two of the plants didn’t ring up, so the only person working the front had to get the price checks. She couldn’t find them on her handheld device and needed to get someone from the garden department to do the price check. However, other customers were needing assistance too. So this poor lady is helping multiple customers while we’re still waiting over ten minutes for a price check. After all that, we go to use our store credit as a portion of our payment. Something happens when we use it, so we need assistance again. The cashier has to make a void and now it cancels out the store credit and we’re unable to use it for this transaction. The only solution is to cancel the transaction and ring everything up again. Absolutely not - we just took our loss and decided to save the store credit for another visit. However, after this experience I’m not sure I’d want to bother going to another Home Depot again.

Clean, organized, friendly! Why go anywhere else! Home Depot has what you need!

There was a chandelier in the lighting department my future wife wanted, but there was no stock left anywhere and the only one available was the display model. Bill of the electrical/lighting department came to the rescue, received permission to remove the display model, and sold it to us. Bill is a hero.

My credit card thought it was a fraud charge!

I am a woman who is older that really is forced to work on things she knows nothing about, so when I go to a store and am offered help from each department I go into, I am so happy. Especially when I ask them for a thing a ma jidge and they know, what I'm talking about. A lot places ignore you but, if you need help , home depot in Marana is the place to go to. They were extremely nice and professional, knew what they were talking about. My new hardware place!

Cashier Lisette went above and beyond. I left in a hurry and forgot 1/2 of my paid items behind. She made sure to hold on to them until i teturned later that night. THANK YOU! Not a friend, or family member, just a customer impressed with her customer service skills.

I bought a generator and representative Robert Wilson was very helpful and knowledgeable since the beginning.

We just moved to the area and bought a house so there are a ton of little projects and in EVERY department that I've had interaction with (hardware, painting, appliances) we have had fantastic customer service. If the person you initially ask doesn't know, they know who will.

I went in looking for a GE microwave I saw online. I couldn't find any GE microwaves. I couldn't find anyone at all to help me in the appliance department, even though I searched for 15 minutes. I asked two other associates if they could call someone to help me. They did and no one ever showed up. I left. Then I decided to get a different brand of microwave and went back and decided to get a Magic Chef microwave and I had to pull it off the shelf and put it in my cart all by myself. I never found anyone to help me. Then I had to carry it out to my car and load it myself. No one ever asked if I needed help the whole time I was in the store or when I was leaving. No one asked me if I needed help loading it into my car and I'm a disabled little old lady. This was the worst Customer Service I've ever had in my life. I will never go back to the Marana Home Depot.
