Fast and great service! Lot of cashiers open and ready!

Everyone was really helpful! The people from the paint section really knew how to help and they have really good recommendations.

The store is always neat, clean and organized. The employees are always friendly and helpful. However, the employees could be a little more knowledgeable about the products / department they are working in. Overall, I prefer to shop at Home Depot--particularly this store--than any other hardware / building supply company. They always have what I'm looking for.

The employees are happy to help you. I had trouble ordering on line so I went into the store and they did my on line order for me. It was great because the merchandise was cheaper on line!

Store managers should not make promises they fail to keep!

I shop at several hardware/ home improvement stores like most people, but the staff at this store has always provided great customer service and I choose to shop at this Home Depot because of that great service. The staff are knowledgeable with their specialty and if I have a question for something in another section of the store, they will help the best they can or help get someone in that other section.

Home Depot inspires us to be better home owners & have pride of ownership of our yard.

The store associate was outstanding and very helpful. I was just about to walk out of the store, because I couldn't get any help. Bobby Vargo turned my bad experience into a GREAT one.

Customer service was above and beyond. I was shopping for appliances the 2 Appliance Specialist were amazing They helped me choice the right appliances for my family.

The store is always clean and very well organized. The associate we dealt with in the plumbing dept. was extremely knowledgeable and patient. It made it a pleasure to purchase the faucets we purchased. All our questions and concerns were addressed and her attitude was fantastic.

We have had to ask for help twice, on different trips, and both times the Associate either could take charge right then, or would find someone from that department that knew a little more. This really makes our shopping much better, and much quicker!

We had a refrigerator delivered and it had a scratch. We decided that a different refrigerator would be better. Associate "Mary" in appliances took care of the return and billing for the new one. She sent and e-mail for the sate/return plus mailed a copy to us. In our opinion, she went above and beyond to make us a satisfied customer. We appreciated her efforts.

I started out my store experience today with a helpful cashier who did a return using my on-phone email receipt. Then, because I had just purchased a new washing machine last week, and was thinking of purchasing the extended warranty, I went to the appliance area and noticed the washing machine was now on sale for $100 less. Burma White, the sales representative, who sold me the machine last week, was working. I asked her about the extended warranty and the new sales price. She told me that Home Depot has a 30 day price guarantee and that I could receive a $100 refund. We then proceeded to the front of the store where Ellen, a very efficient and friendly cashier did the paperwork for the $100 refund and I bought the extended warranty. Both ladies were very efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I was very happy with my Home Depot experience today.

My wife and I had a long discussion with the kitchen planning section to include the advantages of granite and quartz. Wecame away with a better understanding of what we will do to upgrade our kitchen.

I was there on a Saturday morning and easily found associates to assist me even during this busy day of the week. The associate was extremely helpful! At checkout the wait was very minimal and the cashier in the Garden Center was very pleasant and fast. Overall this was a very positive experience and will continue to shop the HD Garden Center at this location.

Great help when asked for it. Didn't really care for the check-out lady because she was too chatty/silly, but the workers within the store for helping out were great.

Shopping is a much better experience than few years ago! It does not feel like shopping at Lowes, or Walmart anymore! Happy for the change!

great store in AZ. I prefer this location - staff is helpful and the store is clean and well stocked.

Generally, I just get in and out of the store. This time I had to replace some screws front inside my front door lock. The home builder installed it with only half the screws which I only found out years later. I couldn't exactly leave my front door open so I took some pictures and hoped I could get close in the store. I thought an associate could help speed up the process so I finally asked for some help. He took the time to track down the exact model of my latching door handle, take it apart to find the correct screw types and then took me to the exact replacement bolts. Saving me a couple trial and error trips. I truly appreciate the extra effort he showed.

It was easy to find the products I wanted , and I really appreciated the fact that the tomato plants were available in and assortment of six for one low price rather than having to buy six individual plants. Great for someone on social security.

I was very pleased with the help I received in the paint department as to the recommendation of which type of pain I need for my project. The associate was very quick and responsive on mixing my color choice.
