The store manager needs to work harder to prevent contractors from parking in the fire lane and blocking traffic from getting through the parking lot.

I'm very satisfied with the ryobi one + drilldriver w- 2 battery.

Allot of the Houston area Home Depot stores should model theirs around this particular store. Why? Because they have plenty of inventoried stock clean items not coated with dust. More often, I find myself having to go to several Home Depot stores because of insufficient inventory and poorly managed. It was a refresher to finally find a store I could find everything I needed.

I did realize there was toilet paper available at Home Depot. Also toys available for children. It was a great find.

Management was very helpful and friendly. Very knowledgeable on the products that I was purchasing. As well as the cashier.

Market street Home Depot the staff are very rude and unprofessional. I’d rather spend my money somewhere else. Will write a letter to corporate. But I’m sure they already know this store is ridiculous

The store was neat and pretty big in size. They had everything I was looking for, the associate were very nice and helpful. The pro department is so smart, I recommend going to them if you have questions.

The staff in the rental area is great. They are exceptional and will go out of his/her way to help customers. I applaud their dedication.

The employee who name I did not get. He was helpful with the brackets I needed.

Employee at the PAINT department was extremely rude. Very unprofessional and rude. Never had this type of customer service here. I like going to Home Depot, but if I see this employee at the PAINT department again I will make sure to ask for the manager instead of dealing with their rudeness.

For the most part, this store is pretty good. BUT today I was treated very disrespectfully by front end worker named Jasmin, a twenty something , thin girl. She was rude, came at me with a bad tone and attitude. When I said something to her she was even more snarky. She needs to be cleaning the floors at night ( no one around ) and not dealing with customers.

Home depot is best store ever.

Associates just stand around chatting with each other. I walked around the entire store and not one associate acknowledged me. I got to self checkout and informed the associate it's out of bags and she had me go get bags from another register instead of restocking it herself!

Store experience is amazing, visit this location

No assistance or associates on sales called for one twice waited 30 minutes still none available for myself & others. 2 lady's on the aisle chatting then left after they saw none of their team workers show up. So i proceed to check and a lady asked if I found everything I needed I said there was no help & I would not be back THATS why I didn't goto lowe! Cell 346)917-7648 Not giving my email,

Waited for over 30 minutes to get loaded but nobody ever helped us or even cared about us not being helped.

Store is helpful, and always has items you need in stock

I’ve been a patron for over 30+ years and have NEVER had a bad experience. I’ve been blessed in that I have always gotten help from a sales associate when I have needed help.Today, Ms. Elisa Mata assisted me in three purchases. She was professional, pleasant, and polite. Courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough. I had several questions, and she was able to answer every question. She then assisted me by helping me compare a couple products and went above and beyond so that my experience today was perfect.

I think there should be Greeters ready to assist the customers upon entering the store,The smiles are there,Been a customer a long time,Never had to come back for merchandise that wasn’t in stock.

Store is clean and very nice and helpful associates. Visit the pro desk for any project needs.

Of all the Home Depot locations I have been before, this one is a shame to have it listed as part of the Home Depot family. Total lack of customer service, associates are either not trained properly or simply don't care. Inventory is completely inaccurate and some areas are a total mess. While customers have to walk around products on the floor or even store equipment not being used, associates gather to chat at the front of the store or walk around to chat in small groups. Not sure what management was doing during my last visit but it was certainly not their job.

Customer service desk is helpful. But you can never find anyone on the floor that will help you. Otherwise it’s good

This Home Depot seems to gotten some very decent young people working there. My last two experiences going there I was approached in the lumber department by an employee offering help and they were very kind and friendly and helpful. My last visit, Oscar in Lumber got a ladder to retrieve me some fence pickets that were in better shape than the ones that I could reach. The cashier, Andrea was also very kind and friendly.
