I was looking at flooring options for a bedroom that we are updating. Not sure we are able to install laminate, as we are both getting a little advanced in age. Very friendly employee showed me an alternative I would have never considered. She had product in her home, and very pleased with it. Due to her knowledge and recommendation, I will be making a purchase soon.

My husband and I go to this Home Depot instead of the other major retail that is much closer to our house. We see employees on the floor and helping people and it is a clean store.

Workers are always willing to help me with my questions.

Employees are well schooled in the area of customer service and knowledgeable about inventory. I've never had an issue at this store.

I bought a workbench that was well made and easy to assemble. The employee assisted me in loading this rather heavy product into my car and was very polite and ready to help.

Store is well stocked and clean. Staff is always friendly and helpful. The only issue I had at this store is that they only have self checkout available.

Oh my , while looking up at the aisle sighs a store clerk asked I he could be of assistance. YES, The flooring dept was so organized and everything was clearly marked. Becky in flooring is amazing, answered all my ??? with detail. They even helped to put the purchase in my van. Old fashioned customer service is @ your local Home Depot.

I found everything that I needed without any assistance. I was able to get assistance if I needed it, but didn’t need assistance. The store was perfectly clean. All of the associates were ready to work, they were very friendly and helpful. All associates had great big smiles and ready to help customers. No one had any attitudes when I shopped here on my visit. As always GO MASSILLON TIGERS!

Home Depot has the same problems as all large companies, people in management that have no idea of what they are doing. Some nitwit with no mechanical skills made the decision to change the philips head stainless steel machine screws from a standard philps to a combo head. The combo head increases the chance of ripping out the screw head by 75%. Combo head screws are worthless. Virtually no one uses a straight screw driver any more. Evidently the nitwit that made this decision does not know one end of a screw driver from the other.

Open at least one full service checkout for those customers who are not computer savvy or ask your employees to be more friendly helping us.

Virtually every time I shop at your store, I find exactly what I’m looking for!!! But if I seem to have trouble finding it, there’s always a H-D Associate nearby who’s glad to help!!!

All of the associates I saw or interacted with were very friendly and helpful. Each of them that walked by me or saw me looking at shelves asked if I needed help, I like that with store employees. Some products I was looking for were hidden on end caps making them difficult to find at times. While the store was very clean, the shelves were very unorganized with items in many wrong places. Regardless, I would recommend this store based solely on the friendliness of the staff.
