Garden center cashier clearly saw me and another customer wanting to check out, but chose to leave and walked back into the main building. When we asked another employee if the cashier was open, he walked over, closed the outdoor gate and left us there to, I guess, walk clear over the other side of the building to check out with my cart full of mulch and the other gentlmans cart full of plants. When I finally checked out inside the store, the garden center employee who left us earlier, was standing up front having a nice conversation with another employee instead of helping customers, real nice.

Very good customer services. Everyone very helpful and know their department of products. We've purchased many items for home and gardening. Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable in home repairs and beginners gardening items.

It used to be hard to get an employee to help us. We were there on a Saturday morning and there were plenty of people that wanted to help.

Top notch employees at a very well maintained location. My remodeling project house is nearly an hour away, but well worth the drive. Highly recommend this location to anyone beginning a remodeling project, big or small. Their staff helped me solve problems and make decisions that I couldn't be happier with, all while saving me precious time and money.

EXCELLENT STORE THEIR DESIGN AND INSTALL PEOPLE ARE THE BEST. I HAVE HAD TWO KITCHENS DONE BY THEM ONE HERE AND ANOTHER IN OUR HOME IN FLORIDA. WE ALWAYS TRY HOME DEPOT FIRST AND RARELY HAVE TO GO ANOTHER STORE.

Found the product that I was shopping fall in stock. Employees were very helpful. They made arrangement to have the product put together at a store much closer to us. Happy wife , happy life.

Most employees are not wearing their mask correctly, if at all. A simple appliance transaction took over two hours and two trips to the store. The employees at the customer service desk were incredibly rude and unhelpful. Will go to Menards next time!

Go see RON V for appliances.. His help and friendliness was over the top! He was dedicated And diligent to find us a fridge that we so desperately needed! Quite frankly, it was about $500 under what I was expecting to pay too so all the better! Don’t waste your time going to the Euclid store.. We went there a couple days earlier and the people in appliances couldn’t give 2 hoots about helping us find a fridge.. VERY disappointing.. Thanks RON V!

Extremely satisfied with the staff involved with the placing a hold on the riding mower the previous day, then the actual purchase and loading of the item the next day. Everyone knew about the item being held, where it was at the store, as well as the actual purchase and loading. I am completely satisfied with the Mentor store!

Best Home Depot Around

They run out on critical items in electrical consistently. Nothing is cutting edge compared to Florida stores they’re always behind I don’t know if it’s based on the department head or what the Home Depot corporate Budget lets them do.

Store should be able to honor the price they list, and not change it after purchase - much dissatisfied!!!!

In the past I have had only good shopping experiences at this location. Today at checkout I was taken care of by a very caustic, rude, nasty clerk. As I said, this is the first time for a bad experience, but once could be enough to drive me to Lowes.

Most of the employees are knowledgeable and friendly! I guess not everyone can be, like the rude lady on the phone taking my online curbside order. I really don’t care how busy you are, you work in the retail world! If you can’t put up with a busy store then maybe you should go work out or your house, maybe on a computer where you don’t have to deal with the public!!

I most of the time go to the Chardon HD but we were close to this one at the time very nice people work here and the Chardon one also

I visited the Mentor store and found what I needed within a short time. I was looking for a specialty item that I thought might have been discontinued. I found the item quickly and as I browsed the store, I was able to get other items I needed.

The Mentor Store is easy to get to and always has people to help you if needed. Prices are usually reasonable.

I've been in a lot of HomeDepots from Florida to LasVegas to Maine and clearly the Mentor store is easily one of the best in terms of neatness,trained staff and organization.

I appreciate that this clean, well-stocked store was adequately staffed on a Sunday afternoon with employees who could direct me to the right areas and answer questions as needed.

Products sold that were used and returned by other customers without being checked by customer service before getting put back on shelf. Customer service employees follow different policies for the same actions. Customer service employees not trained to handle customers for the easiest of transactions. Some Customer service employees have an attitude with customers for returning items. Too long of time for checking out at the store. Lines are long, only 1 or 2 cashiers working registers while others stand around by the self-checkout just incase people need help checking themselves out! Customers do not work at your store, put some more employees on the registers.

First impression is important, the outside of the store and the parking lot is clean and organized, the store is well organized and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I really like their attitude. They all seem to like their job. And your lumber is great quality
