Licia in kitchen cabinet design and Nicholas at the pro desk both went above and beyond in helping us with our project. We are highly appreciative of their help and service!!

I came in to design and pick out cabinets for a pick out cabinets for a kitchen remodel and to buy appliances, An overwhelming task. Helen in appliances and Nina in the cabinet/ kitchen design section were most helpful and we got the job done! They were patient and knowledgeable and I really appreciated it.

I shop the Garden Center very often & am pleased With quality of plants & friendliness of staff.

We came in looking for a specific size water heater. The associate knew just what we were after, and our purchase was quick and easy. He was knowledgeable about the water heater, gave helpful answers to our questions. It was overall a good experience.

I went to Home Depot MIssoula and got a Gorilla steel utility cart. Kevin helped me get it down from the top shelf. This thing is great! Home Depot always has the best products, great prices and awesome employees that go the extra mile. Love you HD and Thank you Kevin!

Wayne, the store manager has gone above and beyond in helping me, not once, but twice. I have had great experiences with any issues I've had being resolved quickly. I know the store is understaffed, yet the majority of the staff seem happy to work there. That tells me someone is doing something right.

Always a decent experience for a box store. The Gorilla hose products HD carries is awesome!!

The one employee that was helpful was the cashier Faith.

Needed a new drill combo kit. Had a sales rep get it for me and he told me he'd throw it over at the pro counter. About 5 mins later, and several aisles over, that same rep found me to let me know the pro counter had been shut down so he moved it to the self checkout area. Small thing, I know, but I loved the fact he didn't just do it and I'd have to figure it out later. Thanks man, your amazing. Wish I caught your name to think you properly.

The lumber and building department looked like a construction dumpster, couldn't find any help at all either. The single shining light was Faith the cashier. Sweet wonderful ball of awesomeness!

It is nice to go to a store where the shelves and pallets are full of inventory whereas our grocery stores seem to be on the other end of the spectrum. Less then an hour before close and they still hunt down your one item you cant find and do it with a smile.

Tried to buy a refrigerator but none in stock! Could only special order and wait 2 to 3 weeks! Also never enough manned checkouts! And now you can no longer get a Military discount when you purchase anything!!!! Poor Service! Poor inventory on major items!! Well I will definitely start shopping elsewhere

Every time I’ve found very knowledgeable and helpful people. I come away happy that I went to Home Depot for what I was looking for.

First time going into a Home Depot having a very nice experience (not that the rest weren’t nice just have never had so many people say hello and ask if I needed help) the cashier “Faith” was so sweet and helpful she put me in a better mood. I just went in for moving supplies but it was a very good experience.

The store was very clean and organized and the workers assisted me when I asked.

I needed help in two different departments. Allen Holm helped me in both. Excellent employee. You need more people like him.

I started diy projects on my own about 8 years ago. Home Depot got me hooked on tools! Now I stroll the isles fir ideas & then go find the tools I’ll need . I love my Home Depot store!

Great help from the employee and when installed it was easy and it worked properly.

Only store nearby. Drive 50 miles to get to it. Placed an online order for store pick up... did not save as much time as wanted/expected! Wanted to buy a most needed saw for current building project, but department manager refused to facilitate purchase of only existing saw because it was used for display. THIS DOER IS NOT GETTING MORE DONE!!

In this time of product and labor shortages I haven't found significant issues with our local HD. The employees continue to be very friendly and helpful and I'm finding the product(s) that I need.

the marketing strategy for the tools(combo power tool kits) I was shopping for was EXTREMLY!!! confusing and frustrating. impossible to make a informed decision too many words describing the tools.

I wanted ZAR clear poly matte finish . I was told they had it. 2 quarts. I drive 40 minutes to get a quart to find what was saved back was Varathane Not ZAR. There was no ZAR in the store. Long drive. Disappointed

Easy to get to and after moving into the area you are in a hurry to get things resolved in your new home and because of the location and the friendliness of the staff it makes it easy to get what you need.
