Had a wonderful experience purchasing countertops with Claira, she was very knowledgeable and helpful, it was such a great experience, thank you! Veronica helped us Checkout. My 5 y/o grandson purchased a lollipop by himself and she was very kind to him.

Very nice clean store very well stocked always has what I need. Wonderful employees. I am always greeted when I come into the store and always think for shopping there when I leave my favorite cashier is Heidi she is always happy always smiling always colorful love to chat with her and look forward to going in just to be able to have her help me she always goes out of her way to do a wonderful job.

Worst customer service I’ve seen in years!!!! Employees won’t show up to help when asked, then when they did show up (20 minutes later), they just stood and watched while I put a heavy water tank onto my cart.

I was very pleased with the speed that my purchase was finalized. Buying flooring is a complicated thing and a lot of steps are needed.

The employees were very friendly though I think Wayne who appeared to be the manager was following me just because I was in the store for a long time and didn't buy a ton of stuff. I like to shop around and look at everything its kind of like downtime especially after Covid just interacting with people was, nice. But that feeling of being watched was very much frowned upon. Assistance was quick and handy not from Wayne though even though I could tell he was following me. Chance was extremely helpful in Lumber and really knows his stuff. When I checked out Faith the cashier was friendly engaging and fast.

We live two hours away in Trout Creek, Montana and we needed to pick up some Epoxy Paint for our basement. We met Zane in the Paint Dept. he was very informative and knowledgeable about paint. Even though he was from the electrical Dept.. He worked his rear end waiting on all of us that were in that Dept. and needed help. He took care of everyone else over there and was very patient, kind , and helpful. It went smooth and we got what we wanted. Thankful for Zane, we need more Zanes in the world!!! He was Outstanding!!!! Kudos to Zane!!!!

Customer service is excellant here. They have actual people at the tills that will check you out. Customer service in the aisles and sections, are so pleasant and accurate. Everybody is cheerful that works here and are actually happy to help you find what you need or want to buy. Home Depot keep your employees happy so we still get the same service as they gave today! Thank you!!

We just bought a home back in Missoula again, we have been gone serving our country and it’s so wonderful to feel like we’re home and we’re never going to have to leave again! Home Depot always takes you right to where you’re needing to be, no fuss no muss! They even have better ideas, solve solutions and have everything under one roof! They listen, they care and even suggest! They make you feel right at home, no matter where are you are in that store someone always asked you can I help you with anything if you need help even if you don’t know what the name of it is that you’re looking for and you can describe what you’re trying to do they know what you need they’ll find it I’ll get it and then help you figure it out that’s the best I love it they just make you feel right at home. Like I said we’ve been gone for a long time serving in the Army my husband‘s been all over protecting our freedom‘s take care of bad guys and I am he’s a wonderful man and you’re serious he was out there protecting your freedom so you didn’t have to it’s a good veteran and he likes to serve his city his hometown he loves to Patronize his stores and that’s why I was shop here The stores are always clean always organized and if they don’t have something you need they can always order it I’ll tell you when you can get it they call you when it’s in you can always find someone always find you I always finally they’re always able to assist you in a fake can’t figure it out they find somebody who knows exactly what it is you’re looking for you never leave the store not knowing what you needed there’s always somebody who knows exactly what you’re looking for you never leave the store frustrated everThere’s always an answer someone always has the answer or someone who always has a better answer or more creative and has an easier way and that’s what it’s all about

Home Depot Missoula is generally a great store to shop in. IF you know what you want, know where to find it and have no questions. Otherwise, finding help has proven difficult. Employees (if you can find them) seem to gravitate towards customers they "think" might have more buying potential than a lone woman in the store.

One stop shopping for our weekend home tasks. FANTASTIC employees, I've never had a more helpful cashier. She greeted everyone leaving the garden area, and went out of her way to make sure her customers were helped with finding products and calling for help loading vehicles.

Store was clean, employees were very helpful. We were waited on right away in the paint department. Employee helped us pick the right paint type for our project, had it ready within ten minutes, showed us how to use opener/spout which we'd never seen before. Very friendly, pleasant. Cashier who waited on us was great, kept our purchase at the front while we used the restroom before getting back on the road. Restrooms were clean!

Very Helpful staff. Delivery had yet to be stocked inside the store. Employees moved building materials in outside storage in order to get to the stock I needed. Extensive effort in my behalf. Very courteous!

Finally a BIG Box store that has Employees that are Knowledgeable and or Helpful.

I rate a store on customer service and this Missoula store is right on top. Every worker was very helpful in showing us where to find certain products. The checkout person was friendly and even mentioned how we could save money with signing up for a credit card which we did. The store is clean, bright and easy to maneuver through the aisles.

I was hoping to purchase everything I needed quickly, but I ended spending half an hour searching back and forth across the store to find what I needed. It would be nice to have an associate ask if there was anything else I needed help finding before sending me back and forth.

We are so happy with this store! This time we walked in and immediately found the dishwashers! We found the exact model we were looking for and were immediately greeted by Helen! We proceeded with the sale and delivery date. Since Home Depot does not install Bosch dishwashers, she gave us suggestions for installers. Great Customer Service and we really enjoyed the experience! The store is always clean and the associates are always so helpful. They go out of their way to take us to the product we are looking for! We are retired and moved to MT about a year ago. We drive 25 miles to shop at this store but it is always a pleasure!

The cashier (Colette) at the pro counter continued to yell at me for my mask not fully covering my nose before I even had a chance to set down my materials. My hands were completely full and as soon as I had a free hand I corrected the problem and she continued to give me a hard time about it and accused me of being dismissive! I have always compiled with the mask mandate and dont appreciate being yelled at like a child. I'm a contractor and spend thousands at this location every year but in the future will take my money elsewhere

The store was neat and clean and had all the products I was shopping for.

inside store help worthless more interested in their own conversations. Self serve cashier crankie. No other cashiers available. Bright side, Wayne that was working outside with the mowers helped me and thanked me for my visit. Very professional. Wayne needs to give the rest of the store training in customer service, or be promoted.

I started shopping at Home Depot yeats ago due to the superior customer serice and friendly and helpful cashiers i most often encounter when shopping at this store. Due to its customer service and overall better inventory compare to the competion i shop the store almost exclusively.

I have strangely had some experiences in other stores in Missoula that have left me feeling a bit defeated. I am pleased that I can always expect to leave in a good or better mood after visiting Home Depot. They are dependable in many ways.
