Items were already on sale and was elated to find out when at the store they were even cheaper with purchase of three or more of the same item.

The plumbing materials that we borrow are always in good shape.We've never really had a bad product.Every now and then we may get a chip in a tub.But that's normal for shipping but with, but we love this place.Everyone should always come here and try this place out

I went through a lot to get verified as a veteran. ID, documentation and verification. When I go to use my veteran discount but things often come up that prevent use like lack of internet or a ne for "reverification". Why make promises you make if you aren;t going to honor them?

Darlene was very helpful and made my shopping experience peaceful and easy.

Deborah helped me the whole way through my experience at Home Depot. She even helped me get the Home Depot credit card hassle free. She is amazing and Home Depot is lucky they have her this Home Depot is the best one I have been to.

I walked in and found what I wanted right away! I talked to the front desk and they were so nice, not like they were to busy to talk to me. Next time you want no stress shopping, go to The Home Depot where you are actually welcomed!

Had a wonderful experience with my purchase. The reps were very professional, knowledgeable and great attitude.

You can’t expect much out of the associates if the Store Manager is not any better. I was told 5 times by an associate “ you don’t have to get an attitude” after waiting 15 minutes for help at the paint desk. It took another 5 minutes to find a manager. Who decided to give me a class on morality and how to use my words because he was told the associate version of my complaint first . A better use of time would be teaching his associates not to sass and provoke the customers. But again what can you expect? He told me on another occasion, “what do you want me to do? If it’s lost I can’t make it appear” as he patted his back pockets. They lost a headboard I ordered and called me twice to pick it up but they still couldn’t find it. I could have never gotten away with these shenanigans on my job, I’m going to try my best not to go back in that store even though I live next door.

I went to go purchase about $4000 in building material. I was directed to the customer service desk. The young lady at the customer service desk was talking with I think her boyfriend, and was super dismissive. She kept on saying that I had to order through the internet and was super dismissive and made a very dismissive Sound. I called over the assistant manager and the assistant manager didn't want to help and didn't want to ring the up. I ended up going to a competitor and spending my $4000 there

I was in Mobile helping my daughter and future son-in-law work on their house. I probably made 5 trips to the store over the weekend and each time I was in and out with no problems. My experience renting a drum sander for the first time was even quick and easy. They had most everything that I needed and the checkout went without a hiccup.

Made my cabinet buying online that was a nightmare to a pleasant experience.

It took an hour for the staff to come and unlock electrical wire!

I have brought approx 200 bags of marble rocks 20 bags at 8.68 and 180 at 5.88. 10 bags of red virogo mulch at 3.97. See you next spring.

Kathy at Store #0865 made sure that we were able to purchase our appliances after we told her the we had just moved here from North Carolina with not worries. She held them until we could return to pickup our items. That was very helpful for newcomers in Alabama.

I bought all products needed to put a new roof on my garage.

Love how well organized this store is!Im a personal gardener and enjoy shopping at this store. Shade plants are in the shade and clearance place are in with regular plants but clearly signed and ring up correctly at check - out. Home Depot is really winning . Sheila is great and really enjoys her job!
