This maybe the best store that Home Depot has. The staff is always extremely helpful and willing to guide you to a possible solution.

Can't even stand to go in that store ,if you can't find what your looking for don't waist your breath asking anybody to help you they'll just just say that they don't know or that's not there department. And don't ever think that you might get any help loading up your trailer they're sure ain't gonna help you !

If you would spend more time training your people More training and competency at the service desk not the pro desk but the service desk it would help expedite things greatly I stood there almost 40 minutes trying to return like $65 worth of plumbing parts that they could not find even though I had my receipt

While being big, and full of merchandise, its too often empty of knowledgable employees. I get, at times, asked by stores to submit evaluations of products I purchase. I buy supplies and tools that I hope I can enjoy for decades. I feel I cannot judge a newly-purchased item fairly, based upon that criteria. Where do my postings go?

Sadly, Home Depot Monroe has filled their isles with merchandise to the point of not filling the isle width of ADA guidelines. This to the point of not being able to use their provided electric carts. Very disappointing.

It place. It is hard to say what missing that we used because we had to adjust or find another store.

This is the absolute best Home Depot store I’ve been to and I’ve been to hundreds of times! Friendly knowledgeable employees. If you ask any employee where something is they know and most of the time will take you right to the product. Clean and organized store as well. The yard guys are helpful and will assist you with loading your vehicle. This store gets a 5 star rating in my opinion

Patty at the Pro Desk always does what is necessary to help me with my orders, no matter how large or small.

I go to Home Depo often, a few years ago it was hard to find what I was looking for or someone to help me. That is not the case in the last several years. Help is all over the place. Good Job Monroe Home Depot

Awful experience from the get go. Employees were too busy chatting, no one called to tell us our order was running late, no one processed the reimbursement we were told we would be getting, item is now two weeks late with no update

I needed the saw and extension for my pole saw. They were sold together on line for $209 In the store they are sold seperately for about $20 more. I ordered on line after 4 tries. Then only 1 box arrived with only the extension. Customer service said I had to go to the store. The store called someone and stated an investigation would be started and they'd get back to me. They have the other piece I need at the store but couldn't give it to me.

There were so few people that no one could tell if there were any employees in the store. No one at the registers, no one in the garden center, no one in paint and no one in lighting. Had to go to front desk to get someone so we could check outl

I go to Homedepot all the time i can always find what I need and if not the employees are always there to show or help me figure out what I need. Great place

Pine straw was smelly and very dirty. Purchased more elsewhere was fresh and clean. Do not recommend Home Depor for this type of purchase.

Great price on new Milwauki drill and impact drill. Came with bag, 2 batteries(12v), charger, 2 tools. I've had this same package for about 8 years and still going strong.

This store is clean, well stocked, and has freely employees.

Customer service at this location has really impressed me. Unlike other stores. Great job Monroe!. Thank you and customer service goes along way.

Bought a dishwasher new and it was used when got it home No kickplate and used pods inside. Rust and scratches on front. Then to fix the problem we had 2 do all the leg work to fix their mistakes. Had 2 go back up..get a truck and new 1 then take home and return the used 1. Very disappointed.

I was in search of a Ryobi weed eater and the task had to have a bit of research to accomplish the task. Assistant store manager Melvin and store manager Steven went out of their way to make sure that I was completely satisfied with my experience. Would highly recommend this Monroe Home Depot
