I needed 3 particular items and through research on my PC Home depot may have had all 3. Website is never quite correct:( We took a shot and went to the Mt.Laurel location. It was crowded as it was a Sunday and I thought oh boy perhaps I should have stayed with online shopping. Then my husband after parking the car realized he forgot his mask. I then heard a HD associate say do you need some help. I said yes but first I need to dig in my hand bag to get him a mask. Associate said, no problem and he went and got us a mask. Then he personally assisted us to every item we were looking for. He was professional, knowledgeable in the products. What would or could have take us an hour or more took us 15 minutes to find all three items. 1 - Christmas tree and 2 RYOBI products which we would never have found given where they were located. Howard Horen is a true asset to HD

I SHOP AT THE MOUNT LAUREL HOME DEPOT ALMOST EVERY DAY, I WOULD LIKE TO SAY I KEEP COMMING BACK BECAUSE OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE I RECEIVE. I WOULD LIKE TO THANK MARRYANN FOR ALL THE YEARS OF GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ALL OTHER EMPLOYEES I HAVE INTERACTIONS WITH.

Friendly and helpful staff that will get you the answers you need to assist with your DIY project. Item prices are good and guarantee a lower price then the other home improvement stores. Even better are the tremendous sales they advertise. Thanks Home Depot!!

When it comes to projects, such as carpet installation and flooring, be prepared for a nightmare.There are numerous hoops to jump through: 1. Schedule someone to measure your home (not a problem), but they do not bring you samples as you have to go to your local Home Depot to pick them out. 2. Wait for Home Depot to reach out to you or call them to give them the products you're interested in installing. Keep in mind the naming conventions or product names and/or colors may not match with the 800 number you call for your measurements. 3.You have to follow up with the nearest Home Depot and Installer to either have the products delivered (extra money) or to pick up several days before installation takes place (omitting carpet and padding as the installers will bring this). 4. If you are not paying attention to the layout of the carpets in the floor plan as you may end up with seams where you don;t want them to be and they don't tell you. There's more to say but it will simply sound like I'm rambling. Very disappointed with Home Depot when it comes to project work as they do not seem organized internally (store and customer service). If you're just going there to pick up something, you should be good.

I had a great experience shopping at your store recently. As usual, you had exactly what I needed. Your checkout line was organized and fast. The cashier, Sharon, went out of her was to be helpful and was very friendly. She suggested opening up a credit card, to save money on this purchase, which I took advantage of. The returns cashier department is 100% better than it was many years ago. Employees are all friendly and professional. Still, prefer not to have to find someone to help in various departments all the time. Otherwise, great store and location.

I needed a grill for the evening meal, having lots of company coming over. Jason Huang of the Maple Shade, NJ Store was SO VERY HELPFUL! He helped me find a great grill and he even helped me put together a few of the pieces so that I could take it home and start it up! --GREAT Guy!

Went to Home depot to look at refrigerators. Got prices for the models we liked and Info from Mitch our salesperson. Went to another appliance store to compare. Went right back to Home Depot and Purchased the LG model that we liked because Home Depot offered Quicker delivery.

The store was clean. The products were easy to find and the associate, Gay, in the power tools & nuts and bolts section was very knowledgeable, professional, and personable. Made my visit less stressful. The best Home Depot that I've been to so far. I live in Mount Holly but was in the area & decided to visit this Home Depot. Glad I did!

I have shopped at this Home Depot for years, and will continue to shop here as long as I have projects to complete. And, like I said in an earlier question, the store is always clean, well stocked , and associates are very knowlegeable and friendly. I have recommended new neighbors to drive a bit further and go to the Mount Laurel store, where I know they be happy that they did.

Employee Antonio was extremely helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. He was able to help customers in both fluent English and Spanish with the same level of respect and professionalism.

Inventory, is usually low at this store compared to the other stores in the area, and experienced a few items on the shelf defective. Item I picked up on sale after Christmas was damaged, and by the time I had the time to test and return it, the items was no longer available for sale. They do have the best nursery during the warmer weather.

THE CHRISTMAS TREES WAS VERY BEAUTIFUL

Customer service is alive and well in the outdoor power equipment section of the Mt Laurel HD. Dan is helpfull, responsive and knowledgeable!
