The people and prices are TERRIFIC but the computer system they use stinks. It took 25 minutes to make a purchase of one item. It ultimately went through but the cashier had to try 5 times on 3 registers. This is a common occurrence. The "bigwigs" should be forced to stand by the registers and see what a disaster they've created.

Every single time I visit this Home Depot the Customer Service in all indoor departments are superior to any other Home Depot I have visited.

I highly recommend this particular Home Depot. It was my first time visiting the store and the customer support was amazing. You did not have to look for them!! They even helped me put the 4x8s in my SUV!

I bought a Ryobi 4 tool combo kit and got the free extra battery as advertised thanks to manager Tonia! Ryobi items and sakes are solid but sake items can run out quickly. No doubt that finding inventory of sake items can be challenging but was pleased today!

NANCY..(THE CASHIER) SHOULD BE TERMINATED!!!! SHE'S RUDE, CONDESCENDING, LAZY, RECKLESS AND WRONG!!! This woman tried to charge me $7.99 for something that was actually $4.98! She'd refused to call for a price check.. Told me "no one was going to do that".. I passed on the item. paid..dropped things off to my car.. and returned for the same item with the proper scan code... WAIT FOR IT... NANCY...Whom couldn't call for pricing check & said no one was going to check.. Was actually in the LOOKING FOR THE ITEM AFTER THE FACT!!! I politely confirmed it was she... Replied with yes.. Here it is... I said No.. this is it right here... it's only $4.98.. She immediately went to... I was helping you...(JOKE) .. I responded How are you helping by charging $7.99 for a $4.98 item??? & It's odd how you couldn't call for pricing & Yet you're back here trying to confirm & cover yourself.. Not to mention your rude and wrongness... Instead of just saying "I apologize"... NANCY CONTINUED BEING RUDE AND COMBATIVE!!! I'd had enough.. I did something...I've never done in ANY HD..I found management Tiffani or Tina (She was absolutely wonderful)... NANCY... You shouldn't be in a people business, if you're NOT a PEOPLE PERSON!!! You should be FIRED!!!

Darrin in the plumbing dept gets five stars! There was a problem with the vanity I ordered and he stayed on top of this issue for MONTHS until a replacement came off backorder from the vendor. He is extremely professional, attentive, communicative, and amazing!

Found all the products I needed for my bathroom. Superior salesman helped me find the correct items that I would have been confused to purchase.

Excellent employees, everyone is very helpful. One thing, please remove all the items by the cashier/checkout section. We the customers need to walk or carry our big purchases without worrying of knocking something down. That aisle should be empty.

When I entered a front end associate named Malik provided great customer service, knew exactly what I was looking for and told me exactly where to find it. I was in and out I’m 5 minutes, he also helped me ring it up. It was a great experience. When you go in and need to find something I suggest asking for Malik!!!

The checkout lines are ridiculously long. Self checkout are not all open which makes lines longer and due to COVID everyone is on top of each other waiting. Very disorganized.

They need more people working there like Michael at the customer service desk

maybe this is not the fault of employees and reflects more about the managers but this store is a mess-in particular the indoor plant section there were scissors and screw drivers on floor-aisles blocked-in general a complete mess!

This used to be the best HD in Westchester. Recent changes have made it inconvenient at best. Self check out kiosks have been shut down and have not been replaced with human cashiers. Long lines on weekends to check out. Garden center entrance and checkout are closed on Sunday mornings causing even longer lines and congestion inside.

Service above and beyond the call of duty! They really cared!

Person at the return register was very rude and told me he could not accept a $3.67 item. I told him it doesn't fit and he did the return. Waste of time. If you can do a return don't say you cannot. Most of the time employees are polite and professional, this one was not.

The Home Depot in Mt. Pleasant is where I shop for all my home project needs. I have encountered one associate after another to be very effective and efficient, especially in the Doors department. The three guys (Henry, Pete, and Mark) and their Supervisor (Leo) were fabulous in giving advice and patient in answering all of my questions. These guys are a super team. I'm glad my experience at this Home Depot was a positive one.

Don't order window treatments if you need measurements taken. The company that they set me up with no showed twice. Same thing happened a few years ago but I thought I would give them another chance. Two weeks of time lost and lots of aggravation later I got my deposit refunded and I'm going somewhere else to order blinds.

THE SALESMAN IN CHARGE OF WINDOWS AND DOORS WAS A PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH.

I received damaged Washer delivered and returned same time and tried to reorder with Samsung company but they were very unprofessional and very rude person I speak with and they suggest me to cancel my order and I did. I bought a waster in other company’s store and they are going to delivery next day.
