I would like to recognize the associates at this store. My uncle is a manager at a different store and I used to work at Home Depot back in the day. Associate in paints was very knowledgeable and help me choose the proper paint for my baby's crib. I feel very confident about my purchase. The cashier was amazing, empathized with my situation that I am recently disabled to do to back surgery and I was in a motorized scooter. She even picked up my phone when I dropped it LOL the store was very clean and very well organized. Definitely will be going back!

I went to another hardware store to get paint and they could not help me. I went Home Depot thinking I would have to buy a couple of gallons of paint that I did not need to cover a few spots on the walls. They gave me perfectly match paint in a sample container. Right color, in the right amount for the right price.

I shop at this location often due to close proximity to home. After today I’ll probably not return. Nicole (she said she was a manager) in the self checkout area was unprofessional, rude, argumentative and argued even with other Home Depot staff members during my transaction Additional customer service training is necessary or she will run away more customers

the cashier I met at Home Depot was efficient, considerate and really motivated to get whatever bonuses may be offered to sign people up for credit cards.

Having just purchased four new appliances, there were difficulties along the way. Employees Terry Bailey and Supervisor Nicole were more than glad to assist me with every detail until ultimate satisfaction was reached. They are exceptional employees who should be thanked and recognized for their professionalism and tenacity.

I had purchased a washer and dryer and a couple days later I was back to purchase a garden tiller and lawnmower. Never had issues with my purchases from Home Depot and that’s why I go back there for everything.

I'm always at the Elmwood store, i've been going here for 25 years. The staff are knowledgable, the store has what need, and the staff are happy to help you, not like its a chore to be there.

I have been shopping at Home Depot since they opened. There was a McDonalds on site Lol . I have become friendly with a bunch of employees. As I walk around they are saying hi to me by name and I’m made to feel important. Shout out to Gary , Justin,Diane , Linda, Rob Finley and Beats and Debbie in kitchens thanks guy for all your help through out the years. Don’t know what I would do with out My Home Depot !!!!

I find the landscaping yard is never open anymore and the inside garden section is rarely stocked with the supplies I need. The landscaping yard closed today at 6:30pm and they had no mulch inside the store. Of course I wasn’t allowed to enter the yard to get what I needed to I waisted an hour and $10.00 in gas. I’m not happy. Last time I got mulch the line was so long I had to wait 45 minutes to pick up from the yard.

The only store who carries the pleated shades at a reasonable price

Always shop there for garden and landscaping. Even had a large ordered to my home

I've purchased serveral products from this Home Depot and their Staff WORK WELL TOGETHER, THERE IS NO DIVIDE or strain on the atmosphere.

I had to get descriptions and details on a new interior door and frame for my bathroom. I needed to know how much and what specifications were available because my rough door opening was not an average one. I went to the depot in Buffalo on Elmwood and Steve in windows and doors is the man you need to talk to. If you deal with anyone there I urge you to ask for him by name personally so you get what you need and want. You will not be disappointed. Trust me. The best service hands down I have recieved I would say in a long time but really I can honestly say the best I ever have had. Thanks Steve!

My sale cashier Michelle was pleasant and wonderful to work with. The gentlemen that help me get my items into my trunk was wonderful as well (African American guy). Sorry didn’t get his name.

Michelle has not only helped me with product locations but it to think that I could be a part of Home Depot's account activity , was the farthest from my mind .. Thank You again Michelle

CURRENTLY REMODELING OUR KITCHEN AND OUR HOME DEPOT HAS THE MOST WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM. WE COULD NOT DO IT WITHOUT THEM. THANKS, THE STERNBERG FAMILY

I first go to Home depot for all my handy man items. If I cant find it I go online I usually can find what I am looking for and Bud is usually there to help. He is so great!

The Home Depot associates are knowledgeable and helpful.

This is my favorite store for hardware and some other home goods, despite it being farther from my home than several other competing stores. I would estimate that I'm successful finding what I need 90% of the time. My most recent major purchase from this store was a dishwasher. I received outstanding advice from the salesman concerning price, reliability, etc. Unfortunately, the installation partner that Home Depot uses was clueless; I had to call customer service to demand a refund for the botched installation (which she did without hesitation) and find an independent installer (who came the same day, corrected the mess left by the previous "installer", and charged me significantly less than Home Depot). However, despite this erosion of my confidence in Home Depot, it will remain my store of choice for hardware purchases.

Even if there is a lumber shortage it seems like this store's quality is lacking. As an amateur handyman employees at this location have no knowledge in their perspective areas. There are better Home improvement places to go to. I will not be shopping here again.

Tamecka was an awesome cashier who was eager to help me set up an account - and educated me on how to save money on future purchases.

Anthony is by far the best associate that I have ever encountered in this Home Depot. Thank you for helping my mom and I out on 5/28/21. Your suggestions on what to buy for my patio umbrella were spot on!!!! Please do something special for Anthony, he deserves a customer service award!

Unfortunately I went to this particular facility in expectation to get a product that was told at the Walden facility was available only to travel there to find out it was not. This has no bearing on the overall experience aside from the inconvenience of making an unnecessary trip in addition to having difficulty purchase another product after I had arrived that was not able to be referenced in the Home Depot inventory.
