I would like to recognize Kay for her outstanding help to me a wonderful representation for Home Depot. Richard on the other hand was NOT helpful. He was call to assist our loading of multiple base boards in long lengths. When he came, he just stood there while my husband struggled to put these into our truck. Very unacceptable.

Josh Morris, the guy I had at lumber was very knowledgeable and helped me find what I was looking for fast. 10 out of 10 would go back.

The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Do they know everything? No, but they do know how to find answers and will work to help you with your questions.

One thing I would like to say is about the store it needs a better sign at the end of the road so people see that you are Home Depot you don't even recognize it as being Home Depot, you can write it up on the actual building or put a sign out by the road..But overall besides that, experience was well, they have great sales and deals and it was well maintained.

I bought over 15+ bags of 40 lbs. ice melt and Alex was amazing and loaded all of this into my vehicle for me. Alex you are a true ROCKSTAR and the main reason that I would return to this store!!!!!

Hunter helped me with a school project. I told him my idea and he helped me find the best materials to use to make it, helped me cut all the wood, and even screwed it all together. Hunter was such an amazing help.

The customer service at the north Fort Collins Home Depot is hard to beat! There is almost always someone available to help you with your needs and answer questions, and if that person can't answer your question, they will find another employee who can. They almost always have what I need in stock, and at reasonable prices. This store location is near to my home and I shop here quite frequently!

Sunday early afternoon and Home Depot was packed. The store was well stocked and there was plenty of help. My son is building me a Kitchen Island and we needed supplies. We thought we would have trouble getting the long pieces of wood home, but Home Depot cut the lumber to our specified lengths. We found everything we needed to make the Island, including a top. After all the supplies were purchased the cost was less than the online retailer I was considering for buying a ready made one. The associates were friendly, helpful, and professional. Check out was fast and friendly and the store was well stocked and clean. A pleasure to shop there.

My experience at Fort Collins Home Depot was excellent thanks to Robbie Doman, Mgr. who personally helped me with my concerns and provided outstanding service with kindness and attention to detail.

The North Store Hone Depot is my go to for everything construction and you cannot beat the people! carts inside pushed by Hap. great pro service by Harley! Mike and Lonie on the floor are always willing to say hi! Eileen and Debra at check out will give you yet another smile and speedy check out. Why shop anywhere else!

Do not like that ALL the checkouts have been converted to self serve! Customer Service isn't what it used to be. Some products carried for years are no longer in store...

I went in with my husband to find a sander because he is building me a shoe rack and we were undecided on which sander to ge . April was there and with out hesitation she asked if she could help us with anything. I told her our situation and that we needed a good reliable sander. April gave us so much advice and personal experiences with what she had and we went with it. She told us about the warranty and the benefits about the one we got and was very helpful. She was extremely friendly and personable with our son as well I couldn't have asked for better customer service because I and in the customer service industry and know how it feels to give and receive great customer service. If I could I would only work with her every time and would recommend her help every time. thank you so much april. And I hope to see you more

The store was clean. Employees have always been very helpful. They always know where everything is. I don't have to waste my time looking for things.

Always a great experience starting from the management team: Frank and Ed. The employees are friendly and accommodating. I am not a professional contractor, but make several trips for each project (see, not professional!), but I always feel important and heard.Though, I am not always the easiest customer, they are wonderful about it. There are too many great employees to name.

The employees that work in the pro desk dept are great. And the last delivered order I purchased was on time and correct. The driver was really nice guy
