What additional precautions is The Home Depot taking in light of COVID-19?
As part of our normal practice, our stores and other facilities are cleaned and sanitized daily. Following guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), we've increased the frequency of cleaning and general hygiene maintenance in stores and other locations. We've also stepped up our efforts to disinfect high-traffic and high-touch areas like self-checkout, door handles, and bathrooms, as well as posting signage about handwashing and other preventative actions.

The store is clean and all the employees from all departments are very friendly, the must love their jobs. Its been a long time since I've seen a number of employees working in the same place and all are happy and not grumbling or complaining about being over worked or under appreciated. That was very refreshing!!!!. I liked when an associate walked us to another department and passed us on to another helpful associate, so we were never left to wander around with no direction. I had my elderly dad with me, who has vision problems and walks slow, but the associates didn't seem to mind. This store isn't in the parish I live, but I would visit it again.

I was disappointed that i bought a bath tub and separately a shower surround and both had been previously bought and attempted to be installed, with damage to 3 of the 4 pieces rendering them unusable. Obviously no one checked the return , or worse yet, tried to pass off damaged items as new.

End of year battery shopping time
I mainly shop for Ryobi tools at HD. I'm in steel building business and they are by far best tool for job.The screw guns are well put together,dropped often and keep going.With new 4ah Lit battery we can run about a 1000 screws before depleting battery.I buy other items also but tools are my lifes trade.Thanks Ryobi for being affordable.

Paint Department
I could not be happier with the service I receive every time I go to the paint department here. Mrs, Margret is usually the one who is there to help. She is beyond friendly and such a joy to talk to. She is also the queen of re-keying locks (She used to own and run a lock smith business). I would recommend seeing her for any of your re-keying or paint needs!!
