There are several employees in the store who have retired from other careers and work here and really are very knowledgeable and work well with you! I really appreciate the man who works in plumbing whose name I did not catch, but, he is great!

Great store to shop at. I think they've made improvements that will make it more pleasurable to shop there.

Keep training the new check out area employees to stay on their toes to help customers. The first and the last impressions are what are remembered, and professional kindness goes a long way when you are leaving the store, or coming in.

This location is laid out well, always clean, and the staff are always very helpful and very friendly. The returns process is very stream-lined and I never dread coming to this store.

Jacqui was especially helpful at checkout and in great cheery mood greeting the customers... the gentleman in the AC duct area was exceptionally helpful getting what I needed... This is my go to place for things needed to work on my house. Midwest city is my 2nd choice if in that area.

Dangerous store, no one checking masks and many shoppers without them. Oh, and you have to check yourself out while two or three employees watch, rather than them actually completing sales.

The store is always clean

Employees were lazy and didn’t want to help. When we asked where to find products, the answer was always “I don’t know where that is,” “that’s not my department,” or “I’ll call someone” - and that someone never showed up.

I actually have written a review in the survey. The thing I like best about Home Depot is that I am always able to get helpful and cheerful assistance from associates. The products are diverse and, even with shortages during the COVID, are generally quickly replenished.

My cashier was Cindy and she was the best! She brightened my day and you know how important that is now. The selection at this store is great.

I did self checkout and the service person was very friendly and helpful even when i complained that the machine wouldn't take Samsung Pay

Well after being treated like a common criminal for returning an item I bought the night before. After the customer service comrade completed inventory on the Box contents and condition of the items I was returning and after and only after my debit card was swiped and pin verified showing My Name ID I requested cash back so that I could buy another saw of a different brand at that time my request was completely disregarded and return processed back to the debit card without asking me or mention of it thanks a lot I was in need of another saw today not 48 Hours when the money goes back on the card the clerk was nonplussed by this comment and anxious to help the next customer

Great store and very friendly and helpful staff. I can always find what I need at Home Depot.
