The store is well lit and clean. The employees are friendly and helpful if you need help. They carry a wide variety of goods so you can nearly always find what you're looking for. A good store!

Could not ask for better service. I will never take by business elsewhere.

Although I don't normally shop at this store, my visit was exceptional. Very friendly and helpful staff from the return desk, associates in every dept. I visited and the cashier.

Have been shopping at this store for years. You could not have a better experience. If you have questions they have the answer. Very helpful employees at this store.

Every time I come to this store (with my pup)....we both receive very good customer service. I'm always guided to the aisle or area I need, and shortly after arrival a sales rep always asks if I need any help...which is very nice. When I do...the sales rep asks questions that help them determine which product may be best for me. Not always is it an up-sale, so I feel the sales rep is truly listening to "what I need", and suggests the best product based on how I plan to use it. As for Milo (my pup)...he sometimes even gets more attention than I do...but the staff at this Home Depot treats him like a king...and insures he does not leave the store without a treat! Overall...simply an excellent experience all around!

The store is in a good location, was well-stocked and the employees were extremely friendly and helpful.

As I entered, the man was there to greet me with a smile. He helped guide me to what I needed. another friendly man cut the wood I needed, and I paid, and left very satisfied. A kind young man helped me load the car.

This is a fantastic store for the professional or the DIY novice needing advise. Always can find what I need, great prices, and most helpful and friendly store personnel.

This is the friendliest home services center around. I know there are plans to build a Lowe's nearby but have never had the service at the current Lowe's that I get at this Home Depot. The employees are beyond friendly and seem to enjoy their jobs!

Very clean store. I had a great experience 1 time because of the great service Theresa (Self Check Out Associate) provided. She was very nice but she was also Ginuwine, that's hard to find these days. I have not shopped at any other store since.

This store was neatly organized with loads of promotional items available for sale. Associates were friendly and helpful. It was an excellent shopping experience.

Very helpful paint associate at this store. I'd been looking for grey deck cover paint/stain and when at a different location was told they did not have that color. I decided to go to this store. Not only did the person come help me, but pointed out that they could mix in for many different colors. She gave me a swatch to take home so I could double check the color I wanted and she let me know about the July 4 sales event. I drove back to this store the next day (even though further and I new the other store would also have what I wanted) based on how good this sales associate was. She was there again, mixed my paint and made sure I had the right size rollers as well. Very good service. The person at the register was also very friendly.

Home Depot needs to hire more help

We are buying our first home and the employees have been very helpful in selecting the right tools and teaching us how to do the projects we are working on.

This Home Depot is a particularly good location for landscaping plants and materials, providing a fine spring selection and often running mulch promotions. The Gardening Department checkout kiosks and employees move shoppers through as quickly as possible. TJS

I went in with and exchange, and Reese was so kind and helpful! When so many places sell the same items, its customer service that gets you to return. I'll definitely be going back to this Home Depot!

This is the main store I shop at to buy building materials, lawn maintenance products and household products. Things are easy to find and the store is easy to get to. The employees are helpful and easy to get along with.

The folks here are well trained in customer service skills and know how to float those skills. They tried to make sure each customer is addressed with enthusiasm and kept the store neat and clean.

Please do not sell my phone number or email! I remodeled my entire home and I bought at home depot. PLEASE GET NEW VENDER FOR CACTUS AND SUCCULENTS….PLEASE LOOK AT THE CAVE CREEK, AZ STORE FOR THE OUTSTANDING SELECTION OF SUCCULENTS AND CACTUS. OVERLAND PARK CAN SHOULD HAVE THE SAME OPPORTUNITY TO BUY BEAUTIFUL SW PLANTS, TOO!

I have dealt with the paint department several times lately. Employees have always been friendly and helpful. Cashiers have been great also.

I had the most pleasant experience at store (9600 Metcalf, OPKS 66212). 3 weeks ago, I was at the Lawrence KS location and saw a Ryobi brand weed trimmer that was on sale. The Lawrence KS location unfortunately had no more of the model in inventory. They did a search and told me the OPKS location had a number of them available. An employee at the OPKS location, named Marvin, was able to get me the model I needed, and though it was no longer on sale, was able to get me one at a fair price. Best customer service I've ever received from such a store. No more Lowe's for me.
