I've been a regular customer of Home Depot for years and found this store to be well laid out with the friendliest and most helpful that I've run across in a long while.

Would be 5 but it is an older store and it shows that way. Not as new and shiny. Fully functional.

Store was clean and well stocked. Employees need to be attentive to customers - do not wait to be asked, ask the customers first if there is anything you can assit them with.

Always find what we are looking for in this location. Today Larry helped us out with some really good advice in lighting.

Employees are always so knowledgeable and friendly. Extremely helpful.

Helpful people

For the most part, nearly all of the store employees at this location are friendly and very helpful. On one occasion, an assistant manager went beyond the ordinary in helping me receive a refund for damaged goods that I received on a large order. Customer service employees are generally very friendly as well as efficient, also. Another area in which I received help several times, is having a piece of wood sawed to a size that I needed. This is a huge thing to someone who does not have a lot of tools at home!

I AM A VETERAN AND HAVE BEEN FOR OVER 22 YEARS; I WAS NOT HONORED AS A VETERAN; I SHOWED MY ID AND WAS TOLD IT WAS NOT GOOD ENOUGH; I EXPLAINED TO THE CASHIER THAT I HAVE USED MY ID IN THE PAST AND HAVE NEVER HAD AN ISSUE; TODAY ON 09/06/2019 I DID. I FEEL THAT THIS IS A PROBLEM

I went to this Home Depot as they had the flooring I needed in stock. Is not convenient to my home. I will say the customer service was above and beyond my local Home Depot on Mobile Hwy.

I have shopped at Home Depot for many years. I always liked it but feel that lately they have stepped it up a bit. Employees have been very friendly and helpful.

Associates very friendly and helpful. Like most of HD stores the employees stay in center/front around self-checkout and not around each and all sections to be readily available and have to get associates to call and find them. I would ask the employees stay in the section they are part of and no running off and to being mandated a little more.

I was one of the few folks trying to beat the heat by getting there early. Great idea because I got the most wonderful attention. The nursery was maticulously in order, well arranged. I was assisted by two of it's employees, Sharon and Linda, both very skilled workers. These women were patient and generous with me, giving tips and gentle correction on how to have long living plants. My Home Depot experience was awesome! I felt very pampered. See you next time.

Mike in the plumbing department is very helpful. He went above and beyond to find solutions to fix 2 leaks in my kitchen sink. He was very knowledgeable and resourceful. Thank you Mike! The sink is all fixed now.

Absolutely recommend this particular store. The atmosphere is positive, organized, professional, and friendly. This is a clear indication of a Great Senior Leadership and Management. Kudos to the store manager, Ryan and his department managers!!!

Always enjoy going into Home Depot , I look at many different items and usually purchase something each time I visit. Clean store and employees are always nice.

Dropping the Veteran Discount is very unfortunate. I do all of home repairs with Home Depot products. As a matter of fact the Home Depot is further from my house than other hardware stores but I like the store and the employees are great. However a corporate person decided that a wounded veteran is not worth the discount. Yes my injury is service connected. I'll pass this on to my fellow vets so they won't be embarrassed as I was.

Employees very helpful - from clerks to cashier - Most of all didn't have to search all over for help ! ( see Mitch in Garden area - ) recommend him big time ! Plus did not go through the self-service check out !! We want a human contact to take care of this !!

Our experience shopping at Home Depot today was awesome!! Our cashier Alaina was very friendly, helpful, and had a pleasant attitude. Mike (the manager) and Devonte helped us load the truck and made sure everything was secure. We appreciate them going the extra mile and doing it willingly!! Love this store. Christy met us as we came in and joyously took us directly to the item we were seeking. Denise was our checkout clerk. She saved us $25 by suggesting we upon a Home Depot account and quickly and efficiently sped us through the process of opening the account and checking out.
