Now if you need a lumber cart or flatbed carts, you have to walk back out into the parking lot, and bring it with you back into the store. New Policy. Just like the terrible Tatum and Bell store now.

This is the Home Depot location closest to my house. Everybody here is always really nice.

Roberto is awesome! Only go in on the days he is there so he can answer all my questions (even the dumb ones!). He explains and guides so well. My garden is thriving thanks to him

The staff here is always so friendly and helpful, they always have a smile on their face and they help me find what I need.

I need to get 11 rolls of Owens Corning roof, shingle underlayment 10 square and the store at 67th Ave. and the one01 in Phoenix had only one roll. Justin at that store, took it upon himself to do a complete search of most of the Maricopa county area was able to locate me that product at the Hayden and Bell Rd., Home Depot. He called the store and requested that they pull 11 rolls aside because I was on my way. Thank you for the exemplary five star customer service you gave me. John S

I believe this is the best home Depot in the north east corner of the Phoenix area. The Northsight Store (#0472) I rate at a 5., Talking Stick Store is at a 3 (mostly because no one talks to you and stock outs). Tatum and Bell Rd - 4 (not as clean and organized as other stores - staff does not talk to you) Bell Rd, near 32nd St... 4 (store is ok - nothing stands out as exceptional- this is usually my go to store- so I get frustrated with their version of stock outs.

Outstanding customer service by Georgette on water heater warranty refund/replacement. She was awesome to work with!!!

Takes online visits, phone calls and eventually an in person visit to the store to insure we are getting the right merchandise!

I was having a rather bad morning and thought I would run over to the Garden center at Home Depot to maybe find something that would cheer me up. When I was finished I went up to the cashier and was greeted by such a warm and friendly smile that lifted my spirits immediately. I believe her name was Deanna, and I just wanted to let her know that she changed my day in the nicest way!!1

My license plate screws were completely rusted and I was unable to put new screws in. Kermit went out of his way to help. Not only did he help me pick the right screws. He drilled out the old nails and put my new license plate on. Thank you Kermit, I truly appreciate you going out of your way to help! Definitely will be shopping at the Hayden location moving forward.

I wanted to provide feedback on your employee Kermit. I was trying to fix a closet fastener. He not only told me the right product showed me exactly how to fix this issue. I came in the next day with another problem. I was trying to fix a broken lemon squeezer hinge. This lemon squeezer has been in my family for generations, and I did not want to part with it. Kermit not only was able to get the right screws to fix this problem, but he helped my fix it right then and there. Customer service like that is why I always shop at Home Depot. He went above and beyond and I hope Home Depot employs more people like Kermit. His knowledge and willingness to help is such an asset to Home Depot as these kinds of qualities are very rare now a days. I appreciate Kermit and am thankful that he was at Home Depot to help resolve my issues. Thank you Kermit for everything you do for your customers. I will be a customer with Home Depot for life when you employ employees like Kermit.

Robert F provided the best customer service and was extremely helpful in the purchase of our Komodo Joe bbq grill!. He made the process super quick and easy and we got exactly what we wanted!! We will be back to see Robert and give him some of our yummy bbq from the new grill!
