Great selection of in stock items and first class customer service!

EVERY EMPLOYEE I ENCOUNTERED WAS SMILING AND VERY JOYFUL. STORE WAS VERY CLEAN AND CHECKING OUT WAS A BREEZE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS STORE.

I can only imagine what the store would look like if it was easy to get around, as the aisles are generally crowded. Due to the convenience of the store and many good helpful employees, its tolerable. I try not to shop during the peak days of the week as the parking lot is to be crowded with little to no contractor (big truck and trailer) parking.

For the past 2 years I have been building a house on an acreage, and I have had to buy a ton of stuff as my project progresses. No matter what time of day I come to pick up items or supplies, I am guaranteed a helpful a friendly interaction with people in this store. From the cashiers to the stock people, the department experts or management, I have never experienced anything but friendly and professional help at this store. Of course I have been to other home improvement stores and other Home Depot stores ... but I actually look forward to shopping at this store because of the people who work really hard to make my experience positive.

Appreciated the extended help and sincere interest from the employees at the store . Made our research and shopping experience an easy one .

Much of my business has returned to Home Depot since I was able to prove veteran status with my DD214. Previously this was not the case and it made a difference.

Not as good as Liberty Lake Home Depot

Busy store, and still kind and helpful people

The cashier GLORIA walked away from her register to talk with a couple in private, while we were waiting to be checked out. We went to find another line,, which they were all backed up,, and I refuse to do self checkout because I'm not getting paid to do their job and their prices reflect a paid cashier. When we came back around and she was finally finishing up her powwow, I asked her if she was finally done talking and was ready to check us out. She didn't like that and we proceeded to yell and argue about her walking away from her paid cashier duty. She screamed that she didn't get paid enough, so I told her to find a different job. So I'm hoping to get a call from the manager Jay.

Do not like the self checkouts. Home depot is already the big box store just wished it had more human cashiers to checkout through.

I can't remember ever having a bad experience at this Home Depot location. As with all businesses, sometimes you have to wait a little longer than you would like, but in the end, the employees there are always helpful and friendly. The store has a great selection and it is usually easy to find what I need.

Always great help when needed

Home Depot on N. Division has always had the products I've needed for any project I have started. I have two of their Tuff sheds and they are of great quality. It can be busy, but lines seem to go down quickly, and if you're in a hurry they have self-check out!

I was very pleased with the stores cleanliness, the employees courtesy and directions to the exact spot of the item I needed. I was in and out with speed and ease. I was also very pleased that Home Depot carries individual parts for the toilet section and to the distributor for supplying them. You saved me a lot of money. We need more stores like you.

We were spending over $500 and wanted to use our veteran discount like we did two days prior for our online in store pick up cashier Deborah either didn’t know how or something went wrong so she had to manually input it & it needed manager approval we told her we were HAPPY to wait after a few minutes she got mad rescanned everything and then removed one item that was less than $10 and said “there is that good enough for you?” i said no because we were spending over 500 dollars and the discount would be $50 she got mad huffed puffed and removed THREE items completely from the transaction which now if they don’t work we can’t even return as it’ll look like we STOLE them (not to mention your inventory will be off now) she was completely unprofessional, nasty, and seemed annoyed we simply wanted to use the veteran discount it seemed like she and no idea how to work the register but the whole time we remained polite and kept saying we didn’t mind waiting… before this encounter we had a great encounter with the other associates but now this makes me want to take my business elsewhere

This was not the first good experience. Can’t think of a time when the employees weren’t helpful. I’ll continue to shop there when possible.

I came in to Home Depot like I do many times during this remodel of my house I came with my contractor spent a good amount of time that I was also paying him for picking out my bathroom remodel supplies. I forgot my Home Depot credit card. There was an issue for whatever reason I couldn’t use my social and ID I ran home after asking them to hold my stuff upfront Which I already thought about when they did not ask my name and I had to yell it out to the lady I came back an hour and a half later after I said, my son dinner to be told very relieved by Lindsay, the self check out, Burke clerk working the closing shift That they put everything away if I have anything else that needs to be said to go speak to customer service she couldn’t even look me in the eye, but was very rude. I couldn’t believe it. I have no way of knowing the amount of square footage I needed for my tile , the certain kind of outlet I needed I was paying my contractor to make sure I was getting everything that I needed. I also only had a little bit of time when I came back to the store I was not offered a discount I was not offered an apology from Lindsay by any means, but at least one employee an older gal did stay next to me and help me retrieve , my previous material order unfortunately I do not have this one’s name, but I was very disappointed with the customer service here and again I was only gone for an hour and a half. I know this is due to them stereotyping me for what is becoming a huge growing problem of shoplifting that I do not take in

We went in to purchase an exterior door, side light and screen door. Kyle at Spokane North 4719 was fantastic. He spent nearly 3 hours working with us especially when our first option was not going to work. During the process Kyle was multi tasking to help other customers and a contractor that came in. Kyle has earned our respect and is a credit to the North Spokane store!

The North Spokane Home Depot has always been good to us, that's why we go there! But this trip was especially nice as the cashier (Cathy) was friendly, super helpful and quick. Everyone we spoke to that day answered all our questions and were very helpful. Thanks Home Depit, your the best. We will be back!

The parking lot is way too small and congested for the store. Maybe you could by the corner lot and add it to the parking area

Pam from Customer Service at checkout was very helpful, pleasant and personal. Made you feel good about shopping at Home Depot. Despite prices going through the roof.
