What additional precautions is The Home Depot taking in light of COVID-19?
As part of our normal practice, our stores and other facilities are cleaned and sanitized daily. Following guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), we've increased the frequency of cleaning and general hygiene maintenance in stores and other locations. We've also stepped up our efforts to disinfect high-traffic and high-touch areas like self-checkout, door handles, and bathrooms, as well as posting signage about handwashing and other preventative actions.

I am an angry customer. We placed an order to be delivered, chose a date for delivery and paid e...
I am an angry customer. We placed an order to be delivered, chose a date for delivery and paid extra for a specific time window, The day of delivery no one showed. We went to the store to find out the status and at that point we were told that "oh by the way your delivery date has been changed and so has the time slot that you chose that works for you"...you know that customer that paid for the products. No one called to say that the delivery wasn't going to happen or even ask if we could accept the delivery on the day and time that THEY chose. The manager response was "yeah this happens"...Great! Thanks for that, very helpful. He also suggested that we tell whoever comes to deliver the items on the day that THEY chose in the time slot that works for them that it was supposed to come last week and MAYBE they would return the money that we paid for to secure a specific time slot. Again. Great job there. very helpful.

I want to say even though in the home improvement department things can be stressful. Go to this location and they will make sure you have everything needed for whatever project you need. You are met with smiling faces and will be asked in a matter of minutes what you need or hey what project are you working on?
