I just needed an AC cover. When we asked an employee he not only told us the location, but took us right to it . And made sure the right size was there before he left us.

needed assistance, no once came after asking twice, had questions on the product, they couldn't tell me anything. Bought the product on Sunday, went on sale on Monday ($65 cheaper) and no one would refund me the price difference without bringing the entire purchase back (which as a LARGE SWAMP COOLER). it was missing parts, asked for a manager--never came out to talk to me. asked for help to find missing parts--no one came to help me when I went in the next day. Terrible

I requested help with a purchase of patio slider door and storm door. The associate was knowledgeable and patient.

Store manager John and Tools Dept manager Joe were very helpful in telling my son what he needed to do to get an auger to help with his Eagle project and willing to work with him to refund the deposit so it wouldn't add to the costs of his project. Easy to work with and very friendly!

In Phoenix, AZ I used to shop exclusively at HD. Since moving to Colorado Springs this has not been the case. This is because customer service is at best, lacking or non existent. This store could use training in basic customer service.

Not only are items I need always in stock but I have on many occasions had to go to other stores and home depot is always the better deal.

The store is well lit, orderly, clean, and the shelves are full of product. The employees will even stop you in the aisle to ask if you need any assistance.
