I walked into this store , feeling lost and not knowing what to do because my hot water heater had just started leaking. Well I bought a new heater and took it home. A few days later myself and a friend decided to install it ourselves. We went back to Home Depot and went to plumbing Dept. The associate that helped us was the best ! He explained to me why I should also replace the water lines and connections ,since this was an old heater ( 95 Model) . He told me exactly what I would need , helped me find them. Everything he recommended made our installation easy. Great Store, And Best Service!

We went to N.B. store to shop for a stove after damaging ours in a grease fire. Associate, "Smiley" Ybarra helped us tremendously with his knowledge of different options and brands.

Love shopping this store, every time I have visited this store I have found nothing but helpful, friendly associates. The cleanliness of this location is outstanding, including the restroom!!! You have a great staff at this location, have shopped there many times and will do so again in the future!! Thank you for making an otherwise boring trip to a store much more enjoyable!!! Love the folks here, and the Garden Center is awesome too . . .

I will be going back again and again. There are always helpful people there and very polite. I really miss Liz in the Appliance Dept. She was so helpful and very sweet, but professional. Although everyone was always nice she was top notch. She was the perfect example of how a Homedepot employee should be. I cant say enough good things about her. She will be missed by her customers.

Clean organized store, good prices on the christmas apparel

Its an Excellent Store , just got to relay to Employees , to be more courteous & smile & really help the customers, If the Dept. that the customer is seeking & no ones there, for heaven sake make them comfortable in the store, do not run them off , I went to Denny's to get some coffee & return later only to meet a very RUDE Sales person at the Service Dept. desk, It was bad enough that I had to wait then had to put up with her attitude.

The store is very nice, as clean as a this type of store can be with all the people coming in and out! Associates are very helpful and although sometimes it takes a few minutes to find one, they are ready an willing to help.

As soon as my husband and I arrived in the appliance department, a sales associate greeted us. I had previously researched refrigerators online and had decided to purchase an LG; however, the sales associate was extremely knowledge with the features and informed us that the ice maker in the Samsung was three times larger. We have four children, so we need more ice than the "normal" sized household. The refrigerator was slightly more expensively; however, in the long run, it will suit our family better. We sincerely feel as though we made the right decision and LOVE the sale Home Depot had going. Our refrigerator was over $1200 off its original price! On top of that, we received 24 months of zero interest.

I want to explain why I love my Home Depot. The store is always spotless, and the staff helpful. If they don't know, and I am an experienced contractor with a great deal of knowledge, they will find the answer. Most of my questions deal with product knowledge in order to make a decision, or in locating the specific item I need, whether in Plumbing, Appliances, Hardware, or Lumber and Windows. Store management is fair and reasonable. They are able to accomodate my requests and find the items I am looking for or resolve the issue I am dealing with fairly and quickly. I have known many of these employees since they were stockers or other staff in your first store in NEw Braunfels, well over 15 years. I feel as if these folks are my good friends. I live in a community where women are denigrated and not taken seriously, and particularly not in the building trades. I come from a great city where all people are encouraged to succeed. I started the rehabiitation of homes in several communities that are now worth a great deal of money. (I don't own them any more though.) Disability has forced me to come to my once vacation home to pursue a life I could not lead in my hometown of Houston, as I could not create a business venture there. Any effort I have made in this small town has been blocked by City and other business owners who find my creativity threatening. I find the Employees of this Home Depot, as well as several others, to be an excellent support system for my creative enterprises. Your financing allows me to accomplish what I need to do in a reasonable amount of time. Knowing whch purchases deferred payments are coming due allows me time to adequately budget my expenses. Kudos to Home Depot! I am glad you have finally added the registration feature to the Pro Gift card. Now I can track my tool purchases for theft purposes.
