I am a regular Home Depot customer, but I have never been to Home Depot on Black Friday. But there was a Special Buy on a Milwaukee tool chest that had me at the store around 7AM on Black Friday. I was expecting chaos, but when I entered the store, it was obvious that the Home Depot staff was ready. I think every associate available was on duty, at the front of the store, and ready to help. The ratio of orange aprons to customers entering the store was impressive. I was greeted upon entry to the store and pointed in the direction of the tool chest. The tool chest I wanted was prominently displayed near the contractor check out. I noticed that there was the display model and only one packaged top tool chest available. When I asked for help to see if there were any additional bottom chests available, I had three associates helping me find the answer to my question. A floor manager, noticing the congregation of orange aprons, approached us and asked if everything was okay. We explained the inventory situation and, without hesitation, she offered the display model bottom chest at a discount. Sold. She asked if I was ready to check out, but we had more shopping to do. By the time we finished our shopping, both sections of the tool chest were loaded on carts. After we paid, an a HD associate helped us move the chests to our truck and load them. From entry to exit, my wife and I were both impressed with the efficiency and level of service offered. I am a huge Home Depot fan and visit a Home Depot store at least once a week. On this particular day, I was expecting the worst due to Black Friday promotions. But my expectations were far exceeded. The New Freedom store always delivers a high level of service and they were able to maintain their "home town" atmosphere and great level of service even in a Black Friday environment. Thank you.

We were looking for medicine cabinets, found what we wanted online but wanted to see the real product. They had two in stock (though they weren't on the shelf and we had to ask someone for help). We also found a utility sink online that was the size we wanted, but not available in store. We ordered it for free shipping to our home!

i used to not like home depot but this store has changed that i don't want to go any where else.

I visit a lot of HD stores during the week and find this the nicest and friendliest of all of them. The stock is kept up to date and in a very orderly fashion. On occasion I need help or direction and it is always readily available. Of note is that it is clean inside and out. Sincerely, Hal

Great store to find what you need. Every time I have visited this Home Depot, I have always found an associate willing to help me find or explain what I need especially in plumbing aisle. A few years ago, I had my brother remodel my kitchen and we shopped at this store. He was very happy to get advice from the store associates.
