I am totally satisfied with this Home Depot Store in New hartford, store #6218. The customer service received in this store is outstanding!! It is always a please to shop here.I would recommend this Home Depot to all my friends and family. I always find what i need and there is always an employee around if i need assistance. This store is always very clean. Every employee is very friendly and helpful.

Best customer Service ever. had two employees and a store manager working with me. We found the right product, and they worked with me until I was satisfied. I love this store!

Great store great people

Whenever I go to our Home Depot, there is always someone there to help me out. It is the best store in our town. My mom says I must own that store because I am there so much. Whatever I need, they have it or they will get it for me. I need to go back soon because my kitchen faucet just broke down.

Great customer service. I had a question that someone in the back of the store could not answer, I went to the front of the store and Angela went out of her way , even calling a department to get me the answer to my question. I gave me the feel of being in the hometown hardware store.

We went to the New Hartford Connecticut Home Depot to purchase a washer and dryer for our home in Florida. Our sales person was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the entire process. We selected our appliances and she explained to us yhe process of delivery in Florida. Within one week both machines were delivered to our home just as she told us how it would happen. We are extremely pleased with the sales and service at the Home Depot here in New Hartford.

This store provides an overall pleasant shopping experience primarily due to the wonderful folks working there who are very happy to assist the Customer. I have shopped here for many years and will continue to do so for years to come.

First of all, this store can be compared for his size to a mall, in which one can find everything he may need to build a big house for himself or a small one for his children. Everyone inside seems just happy of being there. There is one that talks here. Another, who smiles at you. Soon one introduces himself as he sees that you look uncertain on the direction to take in so large a place with so many attractive curiosities of any kind; thinks shelved, hanging, disposed to attract you. I wanted something and the first one I saw clothed HD standard, knew right away where I could find t and accompanied me there! Fast, in about 15 minutes I was leaving with my gutters on a cart to my car ... and my wife was happy because she is the one that talk with so different young gentlemen in that kind of spacious and alerted mall!

Everyone at the store was friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful experience. Our Home Depot in Newburgh NY was always a bad experience. No one was ever around to help and when you found someone it was never their department. Bummer

New Hartford Ct#6218, Its great to deal with associates, knowledgeable in assigned areas, as well as many I encounter whom are knowledgeable in other areas as well, haven't been steered wrong yet, since 17 years ago as a new homeowner, also great project instructors for dig classes. My kids loved the project classes when they were younger. Thank you, Deb and Jeff

Look for Claudia in appliances she is friendly, kind and finds you exactly what you want! She may be new but she is has wonderful customer service! She will make your shopping experience a happy one. She is excellent.

I am a state licensed home improvement contractor and am in the New Hartford Home Depot often. I have always found the sales staff there very pleasant, and very helpful. My most recent trip involved placing orders for three small kitchen renovations. My experience was even better than I hoped. A very patient, knowledgeable and courteous employee assisted with the order.

Employees were eager to help us find what we needed.

I absolutely love this store and always enjoy shopping here! A few weeks ago I left the store without my credit card. I didn't realize it until a few days later. I backed tracked my purchases and called the store and they had my card all safe and sound. I'm so grateful for your wonderful employees!
