Best shopping experience ever @ HD, Christine and team were super attentive and knowledgeable. It was a one stop shop, didn’t have to bother going elsewhere.

Store is always well stocked and associates always helpful. This is my go to Home Depot!

The employees at this store are wonderful.

Fantastic and Friendly staff

The associates were very helpful as we purchased materials for our bathroom remodel. They helped us retrieve items, offer recommendations and even taught us how to order out of stock items with our phone for pick-up.

I always enjoy going to The Home Depot. I enjoy seeing all the products, the people, and the energy and ambience of the store. And on a nice hot day their AC is quite effective. The foundation and strength of the store is in the employees who are usually professional, friendly and quite helpful. I can see me taking a girl on a date to The Home Depot.. okay I'm joking but she could tag along while I get some stuff:)

Too many displays near register and the queue was confusing to all customers entering the line. Cashiers reprimanded customers instead of restructuring line to let carts through. No self checkout available so it was impossible not to deal with the impatient and rude staff. Employees not helpful in general. I had a cart full of boxes and could not move past the displays and other customers checking out lumber and the cashier would not walk a few feet up to me with his MOBILE scanner. I also had an employee walk right by without offering assistance as I was trying to remove a heavy box off a high shelf. Will not shop here again.

Went in to return 2 small items. 4 ppl ahead of me with 2 registers working but you to 11 employees standing around at one point. 2 dropped to 1 with me having 1 person ahead of me. We watched an employee look as if she was about to to open up, wipe down the register and workstation for 7 mins as she chatted with another employee. There are now 6 ppl behind me all shaking their heads. After 15-20 mins the employee that was sanitizing and chatting called next and tended to my smile. Wasn’t the warmest HD experience I’ve ever had. Oh well, guess I’ll go back to this one being my absolute last option if needed.

Debbie and Steven were knowledgeable and super helpful in flooring and blinds. Best customer service with these two!

I bought a lifetime table for outdoor hosting I love the fact that it is adjustable and easy to carry and store away. lightweight and durable

This Home depot is a mess the lumber section is a mess some aisle cant even walk through. Lumber on shelves broken twisted or warped. Many times the yellow gates have an aisle closed but nobody is doing any work in the closed section. Inventory listed at store on website go to store to find out they don't have item.

Always helpful and willing to share their knowledge

I received exceptional service from every team member who helped me. Ramon was fantastic! He walked me through the plumbing isles, helping me pick out plumbing for each bathroom we are building. He explained the set up of the fixtures and plumbing easily and patiently. He also helped me purchase a tub I needed. Your store manager Val was very pleasant, as was Anna. Thank you I will be back!

Made a return for some items and the Cashier Shemeika obviously cannot count or was trying to pocket my $30 for her own personal gain. She needs either retraining or some time off, counted my change twice and was still incorrect. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

This store has the absolute worst employees. The staff at the customer service desk, especially the gentleman directly to the right as you enter this area, are always rude and act as if you are bothering them when you ask for assistance. They give you attitudes and wrong information about products. I've also called the store, while on a call with another home depot representative, and was transferred 4 times without notice, and then the phone just kept ringing out, and after 20 minutes no one picked up the phone again and provided support. The employees need to be trained and have better attitudes, especially being client-facing. They truly act as if they hate their jobs and take it out on customers. Very disappointed and do not feel comfortable shopping here.

This is my go to Home Depot in the immediate NYC region. It has the best customer service. The garden center does a better than average job of selection AND health of the live plants. Most HD's are famous for products disorganized and shady men out in the parking lot. But this one seems to not be plagued by that. At least I haven't noticed it much. It also is a BIG plus that it's next to a Costco, so it is very convenient for me.

The cashier Elisandra was so rude to me at my visit.

The staff was awesome ! Friendly, courteous ,helpful and knowledgeable ! I WAS SO HAPPY THAT ALL BUT ONE OF MY ITEMS WAS AVAILABLE FOR ME TO PURCHASE TODAY !!!

The cashiers are always rude with attitudes.

Beware when using gift cards here! The cashier tried to tell me I had nothing left on mine after my purchase and tried to keep my card. There was over $60 on it. When I corrected him he just tossed the card at me.. I was in a huge rush or I would have reported him then and there.

I love this Home Depot the most out of most Home Depots I have been too. Just wish there were more employees that were educated in a specific aisle in the aisles that they know most about. Instead of having to search for an employees that is most likely already helping a customer and has two separate groups already waiting for their turn to ask their questions, etc.

THE ASSOCIATE NAMED JOEY IS AN EXCELLENT AND EXEMPLARY EMPLOYEE. HE SHOULD BE THE STANDARD FOR THE ENTIRE STORE. I LOVED DEALING WITH HIM BECAUSE OF HIS ATTITUDE, PERSONALITY AND PROFESSIONALISM. THERE WAS ANOTHER EMPLOYEE THAT JUST STOOD UP AGAINST BORDER OF THE CHECK OUT REFUSING TO BE OF ANY ASSISTANCE WHILE GETTING A PAYCHECK. PLEASE PUT ASSOCIATES THAT DON'T WANT TO ASSIST THE PUBLIC IN THE BACK DOING STOCK INSTEAD OF OUT ON THE FLOOR. IT'S RIDICULOUSLY INSULTING TO SOMEONE PAYING FOR SERVICES AND PRODUCTS TO BE FORCED TO DEAL WITH SOMEONE THAT DOESN'T WANT TO EXIST YOU. PLEASE GIVE JOEY A RAISE AS HE WILL KEEP CUSTOMERS RETURNING TO STORE.

This visit was better than most as associates overall were friendly, ready and willing to assist when asked or not. The store was fairly clean and I found most of what I wanted.
