Tried to make swap cans of spray paint without a receipt and clerk refused because she determined that my driver's license was "invalid" due to a crack in it. Had to speak to a manager before I was finally given a credit. Because of this, I took my business to Lowe's where it is always a much more pleasant experience. I do not plan on returning to Home Depot in the future.

I was not happy with the customer service behind the counter at the paint department. The person behind the counter had plenty of time to acknowledge me and didn't.

I just don't like self checkouts and they don't like me. It's like the debit machines, no two are alike.

Was guided to the correct dept. without a delay. Was given an overview of the products that I was interested in. then was provided with help to load product onto truck, and even tied it down.

I came specifically for perennials. I didn't know they were on sale until I arrived. Very good selection and everything was easy to find.

Product were in stock, associate was helpful with loading items on cart and in loading truck. Cashier was very friendly and thanked me for my business.

I have been shopping at this Home Depot since the day it opened. I have met many nice people there over the years. They are always very helpful in assisting me if I need it. It is well organized and clean. I have never left there without finding what I needed. Great store and personnel.

SALES ASSOCIATE WAS ON FLOOR AND WHEN I SAID I NEEDED HELP WITH MAKING A KEY REPLACEMENT, HE WALKED OVER AND HELPED ME IMMDIATELY

I am currently having my kitchen remodeled and needed a new garbage disposal and plumbing parts. I went to Home Depot not sure if I could find what I needed (since I am neither a contractor, nor a plumber!). I asked an associate in the front where the garbage disposals were, and instead of just telling and pointing me in the correct direction, she actually TOOK me there herself. Next, I had to go get the plumbing parts. Not long after I was trying to find them, a Home Depot associate offered his assistance and helped me locate the correct parts. This saved me a lot of time and aggravation. I was very happy with the service I received, especially since I am not that familiar with garbage disposals or plumbing!

Manager was great. Floor associates were great. The cashier made errors resulting in me having to go back to get a refund on items that I never purchased.

I called the Newnan store to check on a product that was on sale but ending on that day. Jackson answered the phone and I inquired about the availability of the pressure washer. He politely checked on stock and product was not available. Jackson explained I could do an over the phone purchase and still get the washer at the sale price and that he would personally call me when my purchase arrives. I was pleasantly surprised by his helpfulness and politeness.

We were offered help by several associates and two separate associates ended up helping us obtain the items we needed. The above and beyond was at checkout. My cashier, Joseph, was pleasant, helpful, quick and offered to assist me in loading the very heavy grill I purchased into my van on a day in which the weather was far from perfect. He was pleasant and smiling while we stood in the pouring rain to load the item. His help was more than appreciated and will be the big reason I continue to use this Home Depot.

When I go to Home Depot ...unless its bird seed or plants ... I usually will be looking for help from the sales associates to guide me. The one gentleman that I walked up to was real helpful today.

Great prices and very helpful associates. If I had any questions or needed to find something I could always find someone. The Associates have always been friendly and ask if I needed help in loading anything in my car. thanks Home Depot

The store was clean and the associates helpful, but I was looking for a flower bulb that wasn't there.

Stopped in on the weekend and before I spent a lot of time looking for what I needed, I quickly found someone to direct me to where I needed to go. The person was very helpful and made sure I found what I needed. Thanks for the help.

service desk and plumbing associates were fantastic. i thought i was going to have to buy a new water heater purchased and also have it installed. plumbing associate convinced me to simply replace the leaking pop off valve. I spent a total of $45.00... instead of $600.00-800.00. service desk associate had my credit application done in less then 5 minutes and was completely versed in both credit card specials and water heater installations. Even though i didn't have to use it... over all a great experience... not to mention i was able to replace the pop off valve, stop the leak (which was doubling our water bill)... and the old water heater is still working great!!! Thanks Newnan HD!! Go big orange!!

Joseph is the best cashier at the Newnan store. He calls me Mr. Hendrix everytime he see me.
