Every time I have gone into this store the employees are always asking "Can I help you find something. They also go out of their way to fulfill special request, and help me load my truck. Clean store, friendly helpful employees, all you can ask for. This is the only store that I go to. Also very appreciative of the military discount.

My shopping Trip
I researched what I needed before going to the store so I knew what I wanted. The size of the store is a little daunting for me to walk all over. Then came a helper from the paint department, what an angel. She helped me locate what I needed, mixed about 4 gallons of paint and then helped me find other associates to help me as well to gather up the rest of my list.
I do all my shopping at Home Depot.

Great Experience at Niles location
The store was clean and product availability was at its best. I was able to find exactly what i wanted ,and i was in and out in 15 minutes. I was purchasing flowers and soil, and brackets for hanging baskets. I easily found what i was looking for and also picked up some new and interesting plants.
Such as a 10"x10" Sedum Tile. Very cool, carpet like growth pattern, plant resembles a succulent and i was able to cut it into sections and fill bare spots in 5 containers with this stuff. :-) I will be back to purchase more of these, because of there versatility. Fun stuff i also made an arrangement with it in a glass container filled with sand and dirt -very beautiful.
The gardening cashier was very friendly and attentive to me and also everyone else checking out. Made sure i had everything i was looking for. I am Very happy with my overall experience.

The Home Depot in Niles is centrally located and close to several other leading retailers. Parking at this location is a breeze. The staff is readily available and courteous. I love how organized the store is which makes finding what I need a cinch! All of the departments are well labeled. The new self checkout is one of my favorite things your store offers.

I just wish that whenever it is mulch season your store actually had sufficient help outside to be of assistance. i always have to go in the store and wait to ask for assistance and then wait again for someone to come forward and believe me it takes awhile. People have a life and can't just wait an extra 20 or 30 min. for help.

Like I said in my comments in the survey. I had the best customer service experience that I have had in a long time. Duane (an older gentleman) was very helpful and cheerful. He was pleasant to talk to and I did not feel like I was being taken advantage of. He answered all my question patiently. I was extremely pleased when I left the store and felt I was treated with respect. :)

Customer service? An associate sat on a bench, on his phone, while I loaded 10 40lb bags of salt onto a cart then took it out to my car only to load it in by myself. I am not a big strong man, I am a female that asked for help. No respect or common courtesy! I shop this store often, so I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.

Great Store
I have been here every evening for the past six days as we are in the middle of a remodeling project. Actually a pretty big remodeling project. We have gotten everything we have needed for out project right here at Home Depot. The sales associates and store associates have been wonderful. Our military discount certainly has added up as well. We always support a store that is willing to show support for those who served and are still serving. Thank you Home Depot

Text for approval
The new text for approval of invoice is Awsome way to let your workers get what they need without giving them money or a card and before they check out the invoice is text messages to you for review and approval so you know what they are buying . It's great I love it
