Waited at lumber dept. clerk arrives and walks off with code number of needed item, comes back after 5 min. saying he gave code to another clerk that will come to help me find the siding I was looking for, waited for a total of 25 minutes and no one ever came, I go to look for person that was supposed to help me and to my surprise find him chatting at the customer service desk, I took back my receipt from the prior day when I purchased this same siding I was looking for and turned his head saying sorry, without much care.

I have been trying to get information from the kitchen department a price on granite for six months now. I have talked to different associates(several trips and phone calls to the store) and no one can help me. It is very frustrating since home depot is the only store with products and services like that available in this town.
