I’ve always enjoyed shopping at the Northville store , the staff is always friendly and always willing to go out of there way to find me what I’m looking for . I do a lot of home projects and Home Depot seems to be my highest bill every year ,I always go to Home Depot first because I know the selection will usually get me what I am looking for 9/10 times . I’ve been to other Home Depot’s but the Northville one is my favorite one .
The sales person from garden area did excellent job to help select the right snow blower for my need. The problem happened during checkout where coupon and new home depot card combination did not work well. Later it was managed but in the bargain I lost around 15$ of coupon value. Since snow blower did not fit in my sedan car trunk, I wanted to try delivery option. However, they asked us to pay 80$ for shipping but it seems to be free as my purchase was more than 630$. In turn they asked me to rent 19$ pick up truck to avoid 80$ delivery fee. They were simply not interested to help. I was in verge on canceling the purchase but luckily my friend was in the store and helped me move the snow blower in his truck.

I returned a Humidifier that I did not actually need at your Store# 2704 on 12/18/2020, but till 4 days later I do not see the refund being issued to my credit card!! When I called the Northville store the said they can't help and directed to homedepot.com where that rep told me that they do not even see this transaction?! When Home Depot can charge our Credit Card acc. immediately the why does Home Depot take 5-7 days to issue refund?? Not Acceptable!
Convenient location & friendly staff makes me go shop at HD Northville.
The store is convenient to home, about a short 10 minute ride and is always stock well with employees that can always direct you to the isle that your are looking for and knowledgeable about the store products. I like the fact that there is a greeter that can quickly direct you to the location of what you are looking for and often walks you to that area of the store. The store is always clean and well organized.
