Shopped at the Garden Center recently. I wasn't sure what to buy, but the sales associate was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I acted upon his advice when making my purchase. Overall a pleasurable experience - very nice to have someone ask if they could help me vs. having to traipse around the store looking for someone. This location's employees are wonderful.

Great store - clean - friendly and helpful people.

our experience started off awful as we never had help while loading everything we needed to build a large deck. we had 4 flat bed carts full and had lots of questions. After an hour of loading everything alone we had a wonderful Man named Craig help us he answered all our questions and more and was a huge help to us. He even helped load everything on the trailer after we were done checking out. Sally was our cashier and she was just as awesome and finishing our shopping trip. I am so thankful Craig stepped up and Sally was so kind and carful at ringing everything up. Thank you both for all your help...

Store was great. Customer service was wonderful. Greeted several times. Cashier was very nice and friendly. By far david was the most help. We purchased 10 bags of garden soil david help load all the bags in to my trunk.

An employee you went above and beyond to locate an out of season product that I was seeking to purchase!

Store is very clean and the pro desk is very helpful from the guys at the desk Brian and Brandon to the pro loader Moose they will help you get things done quick.

The store was clean and neat. There was no one to assist me with my items and I did need help. I go to this Home depot on a regular basis.

The help is generally helpful and friendly. I like the attention I got from Cheryl at the paint department. It would be an improvement to have more people stationed throughout the store just to answer questions or help find specific items.

Friendly, efficient service! I didn't have to wander and look as the assistance was right there to take me to each item.

this store has excellent customer service and the products I need.

We lived in Novi for 21 plus years. Every time my husband and I go there when working on a project , all the personal have been pleasant and helpful. We've always have a good experience and have our own little picnic on the way out with the yummy Chicago dogs!! It's our little special thing we do!!

With several home improvement stores to choose from, Home Depot continues to set the bar. Store product and organization beat the other stores. Employees are also knowledgeable. I've even received gift cards from the other stores, gone there to get what I need, then go to Home Depot to finish the shopping. Home Depot can add a couple more employees in the back or configure some way for customers to signal for help. Consider a 'FaceTime' option so employees can scan the shelves to help find something.

This Home Depot is truly an asset in our city of Novi! The store is clean, set up well, prices are fair, the entire staff is professional & friendly. They will help you from the moment you walk in til they are helping load your vehicle. It’s totally a win - win every time we shop! Can’t imagine going elsewhere. Thxs!

Employee's are always friendly and helpful.

I’m not really fond of shopping at home improvement stores (typically leave that to Hubby) but I needed to replace my washer before a sale ended and also needed a can of paint by the weekend so I reluctantly went to Home Depot Novi on my lunch hour to complete both tasks. Ben in the appliance department and the gentleman at the paint counter were both wonderful to work with. They were friendly and incredibly helpful... and got me back to work on time! I want to thank them both for making this such a painless experience.
