I specifically came to this store because I needed lath boards for a craft project. Using the app I navigated to the correct aisle and bay and could not find the bundle. Enter, Jaden, a Home Depot employee who was pulling boards for another order. He dropped everything, called in a fork lift and moved pallets until they were able to help this customer get the items needed for my next craft project! Crafters are often treated like second class customers, but not at Home Depot! Everyone is treated as an equal at Home Depot and this crafting lady appreciates good customer service!

We are completely redoing the flooring throughout our new home. We purchased three pallets of flooring, which was easy to order and pick up was excellent. Loving the new look!

They’ve got all the nails and screws, paint and brushes, wires and pipes, and everything else you need for home repair.

Ian Headley, one of the Specialty Department Supervisors, helped us with our flooring selection the night we came in. He was extremely kind and helpful and took an interest in our project. He let us know about all the promotions that were going on at the store and was just overall pleasant to talk with about the project and our lives. It felt good to have a friendly person helping get us everything we needed for our project and getting our measurement set up. I would highly recommend this store's flooring department to anyone because of this experience!

Ask for Peter. He is a great employee and will help you with anything you need. He is kind, courteous, friendly, and very knowledgeable.

I ordered a grill which was supposed to be boxed on Saturday. I was told they had one in stock and that it would be ready for pick up on Monday. It was not. Instead of keeping a few in the box, they were all put together

I received a damaged fireproof safe I purchased through Home Depot ONLINE Dept. However, the staff at the Home Depot 144 Maple location went over and above to make it right.

I brought my puppy to the store and was carrying a lot of items. Trevor grabbed me a cart and helped me get my purchases to the car. He was awesome and I appreciate his thoughtfulness. That kind of customer service makes a difference.

I live very close to this store and I love it! Everyone from the Cashier at the Return Counter, to Flooring, to Lumber, and Chalking and Paint are Outgoing, Friendly, Attentive, Helpful, and will show you how to use things to help you with your DIY projects!

Purchased carpet and had several questions and the manager Alex did an excellent job explaining.

We had no intention of buying a new snowblower but it was a great price and sales person Larry and cashier Chris were so helpful that we bought a new snowblower.

I love shopping here. The employees greet and share information freely. One cashier reminded us to snag the military discount (husband was in uniform) and a floor salesperson guided is to a tool and asked questions to ensure we had the right batteries and associated accessories. It wasn't like he was trying to sell to us, he just wanted to make sure we had what we needed. I was very impressed that a random end cap product (Ryobi sprayer) triggered so many associated question for this helpful young man.

Lori was a great help at the self check in using in-store credit cards.

If you're having trouble locating items in the store ask for Sales Associate, Zach Tarvin. He will take you to the items you're looking for and then he'll recommend the best one to choose for your project.

This store is very Community driven. They have helped us with boxes for our Church Pantry before.

Kevonna was outstanding help. She helped me very quickly. She was very understanding and helped me take care of things in one trip! We will definitely be coming to this Home Depot more often because of Kevonna!!

Zach Tarvin went out of his way to greet me and help me find the item I was looking for. Very impressed.

Joel in lumber was so so helpful and after I got home I measured and found out I gave him the wrong size but when I went back he was so nice and had a smile. He took care of my issues and cut the right size.

Good help is hard to find, and 2 young men helped me load my cart in the Garden Section, another helped me at the checkout, then one helped load my car. I’m a senior citizen, and I really appreciated their help. Thank you.
