We bought a patio set at this location. It is beautiful and at a great price. We received excellent customer service. We shop at the Ocotillo Home Depot!

I bought a hesperaloe that was just the size I was looking for -- not too large but not too small. Easy for me to manage and to plant.

Elle and Brian in the appliance department were fantastic!

I wanted to get a cordless drill for my daughter. She is moving into a new home and needed one. Larry in hardware was super helpful in finding me the perfect item and accessories.

Customer service workers are rude and disrespectful

I’ve decided to go to Summer Winds again. This last visit was a nightmare.

I came into the Ocotillo and AZ Ave store last night just before closing and needed some lighting fixtures from a top storage shelf. Dave was beyond helpful, friendly and willing to help me when I asked if he could call someone to lighting for some items out of reach. Instead of calling, he walked over with me and promptly got what I needed down, with a smile and a great attitude. It seems lately no one is willing to actually work, even when at work… Dave was a shining example of what I provide in my own business but rarely see elsewhere. Thanks for restoring my faith in a solid working employee and going above and beyond for a customer!

I had to buy light bulbs that went out at home. Unfortunately I had to pick up my wife from the er. I went in late grabbed what I need but on my way to checkout, I saw a display of home cameras I've been wanting for a while. There was a deal going on if you bought in a bundle. An employee asked if I needed help and he told me I had to go to the register to get the bundle pack and gave me the paper I was supposed to give to the clerks. As I got to the register, three employees were standing around. I was waiting at the checkout line for one of the three to come talk or ask me something. But they all walked away. So I went to the self checkout, scanned the items I had in my cart, paid and left. Never got the home cameras I wanted since none of them had the courtesy to talk or even ask if I needed assistance with checkout. It was a very disappointing experience.

I am a life long Home Depot Customer, but will never be purchase items or recommend your store to any of my friends or relatives in the future.

Very clean store. A very nice person greets you as you come in the store. Troy in the carpet Department is a spot on knowledgeable guy, very nice and is extremely helpful, ask for Troy.

Kitchen & Bath design services Dave Constance &Dafina Hearn Are bombdiggy! Superstars I’m so excited to get my dream kitch and bath. They have both went out of my way to give me dizzelin place so so happy!!!!!

Products from one Home Depot to another are the same. Employees are not. This store, by far, has the best trained and caringemployees of any Home Depot I shop in Arizona and Colorado. Other stores could learn from this management team! As a customer, you will always be treated as important and never ignored in the isles forever asked if you need assistance.

I really appreciate being able to walk into this Home Depot 15 minutes before closing and still receive the time and help from the friendly, knowledgeable staff here.

I needed a battery for my car fob. I immediately got great service and a caring employee.

Katelyn and Pam found my wallet, put it in the safe. When I returned to get my wallet, they returned it to me intact. Thank you for employing such honest people.

I was out of town and needed a specific tool that I had questions about. I had my questions answered and made the purchase. I then had a very helpful cashier who had me apply for a credit card and gave a refund. Very pleasing experience.

this Home Depot in Chandler on Arizona Ave is always very busy, but the employees are always available to be helpful..and they are usually cheerful. Store is well stocked and we appreciate the Military discount.

Bought a barbecue grill online, came to pick it up, was at another store but Sierra (customer service) locate it , after 35-45 minutes on the phone, she was so patiently looking for it and made our trip pleasant, Thank you Sierra

We were shopping for tile and other products and there is always a CSR on the floor to help out and answer questions.

Tool Rental Department is the Best -- might not be the biggest Home Depot Toll Rental but the staff is very friendly and helpful and they do have good selection of tools available that are clean, well taken care of and ready for use.

I love this store location because I always leave there with the items I need. I also work with the Pro Desk for my larger orders and they are extremely helpful. Customer Service at this location is tops!

The reason I am writing this review with 5 stars is because of the cashier JOCELYN. She is amazing and one of the most polite and courteous people I have met at any of the HD locations.

We went to this location 3 times in less than one week and at each visit we didn't have 1 employee offer to help us. The first visit required help, so we requested help, which was clearly putting the two different employees out. They were rude as well. On our last visit, we had to park our truck and trailer up near the Contractor Pickup since there was nowhere else to park our rig, and there were no "No parking" signs posted, and other trucks were parked there, so we thought it was okay. When we came out with our 16 footers, Steve came out near "Tools" and yelled at the top of his lungs at us. It was scary how mean and loud he was. Steve should not be working anywhere near customers. I fear he's the type who might violently injur a customer. We will never return to this location. And we spend a lot of money at Home Depot!!!
