The 2 employees I dealt w/tonight (Lili @ checkout & I’m SOOO sorry but I don’t know the gentleman’s name who initially greeted me & helped me so much in the appliance lightbulb section) were both INCREDIBLE!!! My problem with this experience was Lili giving me the little blue piece of paper to remind me to do the survey @ the bottom of my receipt for a “chance to win $5,000.” Everyone knows darn well there is no $5,000 giveaway. It’s a rouse to get customer email, phone number, and shopping habits. As a cancer survivor who’s gone thru MANY financial hardships, winning/receiving $5,000 like this would CHANGE MY LIFE!!! So I enter EVERY survey, for EVERY store, EVERY single time I’m offered one. I have never won/been given anything except for: spam emails, spam phone calls and spam text messages. I’ve never seen notification of a winner for Home Depot’s alleged drawings, or anywhere else for that matter- ever. I even worked in a retail place that had a weekly $$ “giveaway”. Even there was never any announcement of any winners. Corporate America should just stop lying to their customers about these alleged $$$ giveaways & just say “we want to know your shopping habits, email address & phone number so we can ‘market’ (i.e. spam you) directly.” It was even clearly stated within the Home Depot survey that if I didn’t click the box accepting to receive marketing information, the other option was “don’t enter sweepstakes”. Just be honest with me, I have more respect for that.

This store is always congested with merchandise in the isles. The front of the store is too congested. Hard to go from one end of the store to the other without bumping into people. Management is very hard to find when needed.

The store is very clean and well organized. Also, the employees are very knowledgeable and helpful.

Best shopping experience of any Home Depot I have shopped at in 4 different states over 40+ years. Super helpful and friendly associates went beyond the normal to help us.

This store is always clean and well stocked. The employees are very helpful and courteous, especially Mike in the Plumbing section.

I have been shopping at this store since it opened and I have always found the employees to be helpful and friendly. I have been very satisifed with the employees knowledge of the product and understanding and answering my questions. The store is well stocked, clean and well lighted. Over the years The Home Depot has been my choice for carpet, flooring, plumbing, and appliances. Keep up the god work! And thanks, Tim for your help with weed control.

Store associates are very friendly, helpful, and seem to enjoy their jobs. Unlike other home stores, if you need help someone is readily available and create a seamless shopping experience.

Our questions were answered throughly and it was a good experience

I am incredibly inexperienced with plants and all things gardening. I feel very intimidated and lost when I go to a garden center. But I saw a succulent a few weeks ago at a restaurant and I had an immediate idea for adding it to my patio. When Tim in the Garden Center approached me to offer assistance, I left the store confident I knew what I needed to do because of his advice!!

John P In Floors was so helpful found us exactly what we were looking for. He was very friendly and very helpful.

An employee named Laray from Hardware helped me find and item that was not normally on a display rack - it was there but on one of the storage shelves. He located the item and got it down for me.

Man, this store is worlds ahead of other similar home improvement centers. The employees actively looking for customers to help was great. No, “can I help you?” stuff, actually coming up and asking about the project I’m working on and taking interest in helping find the tools/supplies I need. John P in flooring is super helpful.

Someone needs fix employees attitude. No one seem to care about you finding your stuff. O it is at aisle 28.(good luck and get lost!). Customer service treats customers as secondary and long long wait. Avg 10 min

Friendly store employees that are helpful and the store is clean.

I will always choose HD over their competitors even if the closest one is 35 minutes away. Madison helped us out a lot. I highly recommend The Home Depot

Probably the best Home Depot location in the valley. From customer service to store cleanliness, from product availability to product organization, this Home Depot has genuinely spoiled me in the matter of what I expect from a mainstream construction supply store.

Great employees and selection of products.

Looking for a kitchen faucet and I did needed assistance, which I received from Mike. He was friendly, and helpful in finding what I needed for my specific job. I shop here all the time - remodeled a home 4 years ago with many trips to your store. I am now moved and remodeling another home (what was I thinking?! at 74?!), and will be in to see you all again many times. thanks for all your help!

Not very good at understanding their own inventory

Started out bad,but ended great..We went in for outdoor shutters,was told they dont have them.Then we asked another employee,they took us over to the blind dept,another employee told us we cant order online he would take our information and have an outside company call us.Then another person told him to contact Ellen in windows.. Thank God for her..She sat down asked us what we wanted,did a special order and we are all set..Thank you Ellen.Then we went to Garden dept and Bradon was abighpforour needs in that dept..

I was somewhat lost when searching for several items and an associate found me and helped me with all of my Home Depot needs. He was friendly and knowledgeable and made it a painless experience. Also, the check-out service was friendly and efficiently run.
