Great store that has everything I needed, however it would benefit from having more employees.

I have a 100 year old home and I use the Home Depot for all of my home repairs and remodels. I have had such great success with the staff at the Ogden Home Depot and would recommend others to shop at the home depot in Ogden Utah.

There have always been numerous and friendly associates who are willing to help me and it's rare when I can't find what I'm looking.

usually get help when I need it... been shopping here for years , store has always been clean ...

Great product, good prices and excellent sales/online deals.

I like the layout and availability of the product I was interested in. It being a n American Standard toilet. It down where I could see it whereas the Lowes was to high to reach the toilet lid and they wouldn't let me use a ladder for safety reasons. Also when I requested a slow closing lid it cost $35.oo extra. I saved over $50.00 by purchasing the toilet from Home Depot. The sales manager or department head was VERY friendly and helpful. I will not bother going to Lowes next time.

This store is always clean, the staff are always excellent. The pro desk even took the extra time to find my needed product and special order it. If all Home Depot stores were like this one it would be great. Have this store train the other stores staff.

I didn't give an excellent on associate availability and helpfulness only because it took so long and two very unhelpful associates to finally find the most helpful store associate ever! KEITH was fantastic, answering all of my questions about electronic door locks, deadbolts, etc., and helping me to finally choose the right combination for my new house. He re-keyed the locks I chose, watched over our cart while I did some other shopping, and even pushed it over to the checkout stand (it was very heavy and loaded). He was a breath of fresh air after the unfriendly and unhelpful associates who we had waited a very long time to get help from. He turned a very bad experience into a great one and I am very happy with my new locks and doorknobs. I highly recommend you find Keith and get his help, because he treated me the way a customer should be treated. Thank you, Keith! (Wish I had gotten your last name...)

Only self-checkout was available, NO checkers were available!

We simply went into the store for a tub faucet handle,but I had my eye on a washer and dryer set. The sales associate that helped us basically made up my mind for me and we bought the set. He was a pleasure to deal with. Most of this world believes they are entitled and demand good customer service. I however just really appreciate it. No pressure, fully knowledgeable, and fun to talk to. He's a keeper!

Normally I try to be kind with my views of in-store problems but this was out right inexcusable. I was kept waiting for over 45 minutes (with no one else there mind you) because a computer shut down happened that kill all the registers in the store. now that's not so bad and I can understand computer problems happen. However, I was there to pick up a load of sheetrock for the remodel of my house. I loaded 22 sheets of sheetrock onto the carts by my self with several store associates passing me by with out a single offer of help. Next to cashiers desks for crying out loud. it's not like anyone didn't see me. Then after the 45 minute wait to rent their truck to haul the sheetrock. I proceeded to load the sheetrock myself not noticed by the associate talking to some buddies I guess standing less then 50 feet away. I was busy and frustrated so I didn't see him either. My wife was the one who finally saw the guy there and had to ask if he would help me finish loading the truck. There is no way that I could recommend a store that just lets people load heavy building material without even a offer of help. Sure I'm young and male that doesn't me I couldn't use some help to avoid injury or damaging my materials. I sincerely hope that the store does something about their customer service. it's depressing to see how little people care about helping one another, especially if the company is expecting people to keep shopping at their store.

I love when employees have the mobile scan device. However on this last trip while in lawn and garden the store employee did not have one on her. She could not tell me for sure if If the had an item in stock. The sells associates in the paint department are super helpful.

Arrived early in morning and spent maybe a total of 15 minutes in the store. Employees were knowledgeable about the products they were selling and the locations of the store. One employee didn't know the answer but found an employee that did in a fast manner.

Great store will be back to shop and sight see. tks

store was clean well staffed and lighted, hownever you could have at leastn1 check out open for those who do not like the self check out.

I experienced a $200 wrong paint color disaster that couldn't be corrected with the current base tint. Parley matched the true paint color, made sure I was still able to use the receipt for the rebate, and sent me on my way a very happy customer. I will be looking for Parley every time I need paint, because I know it will be done right the first time!

I could spend all day there if I had the money I love going to Home Depot

I don't really care for the website; it doesn't filter well enough ("2x4x8 lumber" will get me a lot of unneeded items to sift through) but the PEOPLE! They are amazing! I never have a bad experience with the people; they're always 10 steps ahead of me in not only what I want, but the hints and shortcuts, the advice, the tools that work best on my projects, and the planning from the ground up. If I'm selecting the wrong thing, they'll tactfully tell me "those two metals don't go together--use this one so it won't corrode" which is a lifesaver. I describe my project, and they tell me what works best (floor and patio paint on the wooden parts of my trailer, so it can take the rough usage) I've had a few of them remember me; and I've occasionally had an associate greet me with information about something I didn't know was on sale this week--that's wonderful!

Saleswoman was very friendly and helpful. She reviewed the choices of refrigerators and helped us with our final decision and quickly and efficiently set up delivery.

I love my Home Depot store if is clean and everyone is so knowledgeable and friendly
