This store has been very helpful and professional in providing services to me over several years. From roofing material, deck materials, fencing materials and replacement items for the kitchen and bathrooms.

Though I like the store and the products.... the sales people on the floor are not rude but sometimes they dodge you when you need help... as soon as they see you are after them they quickly run off... not all employees but some... not always very knowledgeable on what you need.

All associates seem friendly and helpful. Nice store. Don’t like to bring wife, costs me more lol.

This Oil City store is more organized and employees are more friendly and helpful than at the Heidelburg, PA store where my primary residence is.

Would not recommend THD because more and more, the packaged items (ones in cardboard boxes) look like they've been used in target practice - they're badly ripped, smashed, and crumpled. Personally, I will not buy a new item that is in a box that looks in worse condition than boxes I discard to trash. Really becoming more and more disappointed with THD and the products/prices they offer.

Nice store, friendly helpful employees, good prices & quality products.

Store is dirty , not organized like other Stores. Lawn and Garden not worth looking at mostly dead plants there this summer.

I worked in garden for 2 years and the 2 associates who helped me, Muffin and Jerry were guys I worked with. They're great guys who do a great job and they really care about the store and their customers.

Great store, helpful staff, free WiFi makes it convenient to look up parts you may have forgotten in store. Great prices, will refund if you bought a part you don't end up using. A+

Great customer service by Heather especially! I stoped in the other day to find out how to get rid of a rather large bee nest that popped up over night. As I walked into the store, Heather greeted me and asked if there was any way she could help. I had jokingly showed her a blurry picture of the nest and asked, "Do you know what sorta bee that is?" She said she did and walked me to the sprays addressing me as sir as she talked over the problem with me. She showed respect and offered great advice! The spray worked and the mud wasp are gone! Thanks Heather!

I buy so many power tools here. Ridgid are the ones I buy great products.

Up until last night, I worked there. I LOVED my job, but needed something with no evening or holiday work. I will miss the place but will always remember the fantastic people and managers there.

rude people work there couldn't hardly get thought the lumber isle as carts and lumber everywhere no one asked if i needed help loading my truck but another customer seen me loading my truck and helped me out

The employees act like your killing them when you ask for help. I'll just continue to go to another store.

Love the garden center. The flowers were great this year. They had a lot to choose from. They are well taken care of & beautiful. The store is always clean& associates are willing to help. There is enough associates to go around.

Went to the Franklin (Cranberry) Home Depot on Sunday, May 20, 2018. The store was pretty busy. Check out was a bit slow but I expected that - nice weather - Sunday mid-morning - weekend before Memorial Day. The check out person apologized for the delay which was not the persons fault - it was simply busy. But - I appreciated the acknowledgement of the delay and the apology.
