If it weren't for the associates, I'd be lost. They provide excellent help.

A very clean and bright store with very friendly staff.

The person who helped me did a great job. She was able to talk me in to a stove I was not quite sure about. Now I'm glad I purchased it.

I was most impressed with the employees that were assisting the displaced folks due to the fires in and around the Omak area. Way to go Home Depot!

Each time I walk in the store, I'm always greeted by someone. The checkers, Rosie, is great. Always friendly and willing to go the extra mile to make sure I found what I was looking for.

I am not a professional contractor. We lost our home in a forest fire last year and are rebuilding much of it ourselves and learning as we go. The staff at Home Depot have been extremely helpful in going above and beyond the call of duty in helping us figure out how to get things done. I'm very thankful for the staff at my local Home Depot.

Misael was so helpful and pleasant . He helped me select the lumber , made sure I approved of each piece . He made sure I got what I wanted and was happy to help me . He then loaded my truck in a way the load would ride well . He should be in charge of customer service

Omak Store advertises items are "in stock" but don't let that fool you, it really means first come first serve, if you really need something that is in stock we suggest you pre-order it oh yes pre-pay for it so that you can be assured that in the 2-3 weeks it will take the inept store management to actually get your "in stock" items on the shelf for you to pick up. Unless of course you pay in full and have a large enough order then they will completely bare the entire stores shelves to accommodate even if the products they have "in stock" doesn't even complete the order. What kind of sense does that make. I have been told previously when I had a large order that I could not deplete the "in stock" product if it did not complete my entire order, therefore I had to order it and wait for the entire shipment to come in. But today when I went in to pick up a dozen decking boards to finish a small deck project they had them all reserved for a far larger order. I am beyond confused and irritated at the lack of management. I will not be purchasing anymore items from Home Depot-Omak. Just cause you are a large corporation in a small town doesn't mean you can treat people like that.

The layout is fine. The plants outside seem to be wilting.

I have always fount the staff at Omak extremely helpful and friendly. I do wish they had a rental department though.

I like being able to walk into a store and the associates know exactly where products are. This actually made my "quick trip" quick! I also noticed the Veteran parking out front and that was such a good feeling, to know our men and women who have served our country are being treated with some respect. Sometimes it takes just a simple gesture to make a person feel appreciated. Thank you, Home Depot.

I needed to purchase an air conditioner for my house. My significant other instructed me to buy the cheapest and smallest air conditioner. The store associate walked me through how to choose an air conditioner based on room size and btu's. Very helpful information and it gave me the information I needed to realize smallest and cheapest was not going to work for us and choose the air conditioner best suited for our purpose.

Cashier in garden was very helpful she got me in and out the store in no time I didn't expected to I was very stressed out about my sprinklers system leakage through out my lawn over flown of water. I needed gloves and a digging bar asap and she pointed me out the right direction Highlighted name says Elizabeth

It's always a pleasurable visit. T he associates are ALWAYS VERY friendly and EAGER to help. If they aren't sure of something they will always ask for help from another associate and stay and learn the answers regarding the product. The cleanliness of the restrooms are always very clean I have never been in it when it wasn out of toilet tissue or paper towels. Everyone treats you like a friend. The only thing I don't appreciate is asking on the survey if you are of Hispanic or Latino origin!! Aren' we in America Where the question should be are you of Caucasian origin?? Other than that little pet peeve we are very happy purchasing things at Home Depot.

We purchased the mirrors we wanted that I had previewed online and then had an associate help us to order window blinds for our new home. She was wonderful and it was a very positive experience.

An associate greeted us as we came in and gave my son a popsicle. Told us they were having a free bbq for Memorial Day and pointed us towards it. They had all the plants I was looking for and were cheaper than the other stores in town. Cashier very friendly.

I prefer to spend my money in locally owned stores however the customer service of 90% of the employees and some of the deals influence me to share my money between the box stores and the locals.home depot price matches at this store without reservation. The customer service by mid and upper level management is what keeps me coming back!

POOR HELP when needed and employee's do not finish what started when they are helping you

Wasn't sure about the type of push mower I wanted to purchase, but the store associate helped me make the decision with his knowledge of all mowers carried. I purchased one that was boxed and it was a piece of cake to put together; very good directions included.

Visit at the store was to purchase a composter tumbler. Store associate was very helpful with me locating it and had great knowledge of the product.

We have shopped with Home Depot a lot in the last couple of years, building a shop and renovating our home. We usually find whatever we need at HD. We also have bought new appliances over the past two years. The first item was damaged so it was sent back. The second one was not working properly so we returned it but this time we had to buy a newer model and all was well.The staff worked with us very well throughout our dealings. I feel however, that they should have upgraded us for nothing extra as they were out of the sale items after trying twice. The place is clean and very knowledgeable staff where need be. I could spend a whole weekend shopping at HD!! Any shop free cards? :)
