I like this store because it's out of the way and easy to navigate the parking lot - lots of space. Also, I must commend Home Depot for reserving specific parking spaces for veterans. Excellent idea.

Plenty of knowledgeable employees that are happy to help. Now a-days a smile goes a long way, and there are a lot of happy people in this store. I have been in other H.D. stores, and this one by far exceeds the friendliness that other stories lack.

First time that I've needed to buy bolts, nuts and washers, so I wasn't aware that there were bags on the isle until Jim asked if I needed any help since he had helped me the previous day. He saw I had bolts, washers and nuts in my hands and handed me a plastic bag from a roll of bags I hadn't noticed was attached higher up on the wall above me. I was close to the floor, so maybe that is why I hadn't noticed them. Maybe if the bags were orange, it would have been more noticeable, but at my age a lot goes unnoticed.

An excellent Home Depot with friendly staff, clean and well-stocked. We love coming here with the whole family and "creating home".

I was able to get everything I needed today due to the very helpful, and friendly employees. Store is clean, and nicely stocked with a variety of everything you need.

The store was very clean. Employees I spoke with were very knowledgeable about products I purchased and the versatility of them. I will definitely be returning to the Ontario Home Depot.

I found my experience at Home Depot very positive. Yes the store is clean, the employees very friendly and helpful. Actually had several of them take me to where i needed to go and helped me find what I was looking for. Will be my new first stop

When needing an explanation on an item or locating it I can always depend on finding an associate, department manager and even store manager Dan. He seems to be available if I request to talk with him.

The store is consistently clean and the staff are friendly and know how to get you help if they aren't an expert in the matter that you need help with. What I particularly like is that there is ALWAYS cover for the return desk. If someone isn't there, the other cashier next to it is able to take care of it and they can't miss you when you approach the counter. There isn't a big turnover in staff either, so It is nice to see familiar faces even if it just to say hello.

We just redid our kitchen. Wayne Mangers, kitchen designer, helped us choose the best layout. He is awesome. We send people to him when we can. Even when in the store we have people go see him and show them pictures of our design by Wayne. He was great with helping pick out our countertops too. He is best, by far. I recommend this store because of some of the great employees that work there. They are friendly and always willing to help. One of the employees, Betty Brown actually saved our purchase of floor tiles by interceding for us when there arose a problem. She worked hard and straightened everything out for us. This is called going over and above. Employees like Betty make Home Depot a store that I will continue to give my business to!

I visited the Mansfield store this week and wanted to share my AMAZING experience. I am painting my son's bedroom in an Ohio State theme so I had to get some painting supplies to get my project started. Kelly in the paint department was very attentive with answering all my questions and giving me some really great tips for my project. From the time I walked in the store until I checked out I was greeting with friendly associates and customer serviced. It was an amazing experience!

Jim went above and beyond my expectations!

The store has some good employees and some worthless ones. Unfortunately, I've come across some worthless ones. It seems the younger ones have the "I don't care" attitude or they want to argue with you. Too bad 'cause Home Depot has the potential to be a really good place to shop. It's the worthless ones who make you wish you had gone someplace else.

My experience at this store has always been great! All the associates are friendly and helpful, but one employee who really stands out in a great way is Betty G!! Merry Christmas Betty G!

I always go to the Ontario Home Depot the store is always clean and the employees there are very helpful in finding what you need . The employees in the department are very knowledgeable of the products that I am looking to purchase.

With small exception everyone has been very helpful and kind. That goes from the store manager david berger I believe his name is, to this lady name judy who went above and beyond the call of duty in helping me. By the way the store manager sold me a echo leaf blower/ vaccum, that I love.
