I ordered online across the street let them know I was there, I had to get paint color matched and plumbing items, associates in both depts. were helpful and when I was done so was my online order sitting there waiting for me. Great customer service overall. Very helpful getting the order on the truck.

Cashier, Susan M. Saw our Lowe's card and offered us a 5 percent discount. Associate in lighting took a photo of a code to order light part on line and texted it to my phone. Overall a very friendly and helpful staff.

We always know where we can make one stop and get what we need. Winter or summer it's a great place to shop. Your staff is ALWAYS so helpful and very nice.

Was looking for one specific item, knew where to find it and did not need assistance from an associate, did see associates available had I needed them. Store was clean and well lit.

We are renovating our home and sometimes it feels like we live at HD. They have decent products but sometimes cheaper prices can be found elsewhere. We have had a lot of luck with HD and their exceptional staff, particularly in their paint department.

I needed plywood in 2 specific sizes for a new toolbox. They made all the cuts perfectly. I am very pleased with their service.

We had a wonderful experience when we came to the Oroville Home Depot to purchase an item they did not have at the store in our town. We needed to by what they call wattle which is straw wrapped in a tube so you can place it in areas that are dirt to prevent clogging the storm drain pipes. We had never purchased this item before and trying to load it into the car, my husband realized that it was very messy. A couple of AWESOME employees came up and asked if we needed help? THey suggested and we agreed that a large plastic bag would do the trick. So they not only got the bag but proceeded to load it in and placed it in our trunk. Paul and Marty are our hero's!!!

I love this store. It has everything I need whenever I go in there. If I am in a hurry the associates always take the time to show me where something is. This store is very organized and always clean and well lit. I would recommend this store to all my friends and family.

the Oroville store doesn't seem to have the staff to support the customers

My husband and I were looking for some out of the ordinary parts for a repair and a Sales Associate helped us in his aisle, and when we couldn't find what we were looking for, located another Sales Associate, who asked a third Sales Associate where we might find what we were looking for. Then, our first Sales Associate took us across the store to the aisle we needed. We were very impressed with the help we received on a busy Saturday afternoon!

Easy to find items with associates helping all the time

I needed help finding a brace for a bird flight I'm trying to build and the associate not only got me to the right materials he suggested an easy way to set it up. Another associate explained the differences in SHOP VACS so I could make a better decision as to which one to buy. I just love it when I learn something new and get the materials I need too.

The store is always very clean. They do tend to rearrange products and I have to hunt for them. However, they do always seem to have what I came for. Most of the associates are knowledgeable, though sometimes hard to find.

i love the way the associates are asking if you need help. most of the time just looking or need directions to certain products. There times that i need further assistance in making my mind up from one product to another...that's where they really show off their skills. very knowledgeable.

I have been going to the Oroville, Ca. store for many years. I have always been helped and am satisfied with the friendly service and physical help to load the product in my vehicle... Paul Anderson has been super.

Associates were very helpful. They quickly came to my assistance and helped loaded sheets of drywall onto my cart and into my car. Cashier suggested that I apply for a commercial Home Depot card, and it was approved in a matter of 5 minutes. On the downside, there are too many vagrants hanging out in the parking lot, milling around the side and back of the building. The storage sheds on display in the parking lot reeked of urine, were full of food wrappers and debris, indicating that vagrants were living in them after store hours. Vagrants approached my wife in the lot and asked her for money, making her feel very uncomfortable.

As I said above,the Oroville store has real friendly clerks and are right there to offer assistance to help you find what ever it is your needing,being paint,lumber or whatever. As a women,lots of time I have needed to find something I really didn't know that much about,but there is always a clerk more then willing to help me find it,and they do. Thankyou so much for putting a home depot in my town,I have lived here in Oroville for 65 years and I sure appreciate this store.

We needed a topsoil or potting mix to transplant a few Maple trees into larger containers until we knew where we want them. Not only did we receive very knowledgeable assistance, but the young man even helped by putting the three bags of soil and a large bag of river rocks into the cart, saving this old man's back, he even put them into the van for us (would that he lived next door).

The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because no one likes spending money! Other that that, in my opinion, Oroville has the best Home Depot. I've shopped in your Chico, Yuba City and Oroville stores and I find the associates always cheerful and knowledgeable here in hometown Home Depot.

Purchased a small storage unit on line. Scheduled for store pick up to save the shipping costs. Item was ready when promised, and all the personnel who assisted us were professional and quick.
