Out of all the Home Depot stores I have visited, this particular store will get my business again. Very friendly and knowledgeable greeter and sales associate.

I walked in the store and it was huge! I found the paint desk with ease and the two ladies that were working there were very nice and sweet.

the older fellow in the paint department is a great guy who really knows his stuff. you ask him and he knows where it is at. he makes it easy to shop at Home Depot.

I was looking for a replacement bathroom faucet. Found one I liked at a competitive price. When I got it home, I was able to install it quickly and it worked right on the first try. That almost never happent with plumbing,Thatalmost never happens with me and plumbing!

I feel that the prices and selections provided at the Home Depot are excellent and with that said, feel there is NO NEED to shop elsewhere

I shopped several floor stores along route 34 & was frankly aggravated from the lack of help with my project. I shopped for several weeks going back & forth to your store. I went with the floor selection you had & LOVE it. I appreciate you staffing an experienced & friendly associate by floors (Dennis explained to us the installation process in fine detail & answered our questions over the phone during the install). Our next project is the deck!

Oswego Home Depot is very blessed to have Bob on their team. He was an instrumental tool in helping us find the right dishwasher for our needs. He is a friendly employee who really is knowledgeable about his products. He was gracious when receiving compliments and completely honest with us. You are blessed to have him on your team.

Looking at patio cushions to fit our furniture. Brought 2 different colors and sizes home to see which one looked the best. Returned one and bought 3 more of the favored one. Was helped out.

I just love the feel of this store. There is always someone right there to offer you assistance. They walk you to the product you are looking for which is a big help in such a big store and they have everything I need. It is a one stop shop for home improvements.

Associates were great in helping me to complete a project for my classroom. They had great ideas and a helpful attitude. I will definitely return!
