I am always working on a project. Mostly my house. So I am always running to Home Depot for something. Now that my son owns a house I'm there even more. I find the store to be well stocked and the service to be friendly and helpful.

Associates extremely helpful with purchase of exterior door and handle. Also, mentioned about use of storm door as well. We have since decided to go back and purchase storm door.

I travel extra to visit this store. The associates are excellent and the store is clean and organized. I feel at home there and it is a pleasure to do business with this Home depot. Contrary to the Auburn Store, which i refuse to visit.

I don't know their names. but two associates were on task and helpful. I went to purchase a cordless Milwaukee 4-1/2" angle grinder and grinding/cutting wheels. One associate and I both noted the angle grinder box had been opened and was a little beaten up. We glanced inside and saw the angle grinder, two guards and a screw-in handle. He also directed me to the grinding/cutting wheels. At the checkout, the cashier noted the condition of the box and opened it up. As she read the contents description on the box, we realized the spanner was missing from the box. She summoned the first associate who went to see if there was another angle grinder in the box. Not finding one, he brought a separately packaged spanner and included it at no cost. This is exactly what I would have expected as the fair way to handle such a situation.

An associate named Marcia was very helpful today at my first visit to the Home Depot on my own. I am a young, somewhat inexperienced, woman so I was a little intimidated and worried that I wasn't going to be able to get the help I needed. I'm building my boyfriend a work bench for his birthday. Marcia spotted me loading 2x4s into my cart and immediately volunteered to help me. She then cut up the plywood I was buying for me and did a great job. A few minutes later she spotted my down another aisle looking at pegboard and helped me decide what size to buy, she also brought me to the aisle that had the pegboard accessories and gave me some great advice on what to buy. She really went above and beyond, I felt like I had my own personal shopper. Checkout went smoothly and a young man who worked there helped me load my truck, however he told me that he couldn't help me secure the items in my truck which was disappointing and frustrating. Around 10 minutes later an older gentleman who worked there saw me struggling and helped me out, which was greatly appreciated.

Whenever I go to the Oxford store, I usually come out satisfied. Friendly, helpful and very attentive staff.

Chelsea - Sales Associate was fabulous. She assisted with the selection of the microwave and provided recommendations on quality of the product. She answered all our questions with clear and concise answers.

Customer service is the best , always. And I go there often

Workers are always very helpful and pleasant to deal with... Cannot say that about there other store in Auburn...Will always go to Oxford.

The store was clean. All but one of the things I needed was in stock. I like the garden shop very much.Thank You.

You might want to inform your workers that customers come first. I stood at the front desk to make a return for 4 to 5 minutes while a woman sat and painted her apron. Seriously. Painting flowers on an orange apron shouldn't come before waiting on a customer. Someone else finally came over and helped me. She never even acknowledge my presence. There was a manager standing right there near her, helping another customer. Even he didn't have her look up or nudge her or anything.

We often go to Home Depot even if we don't have anything we need just to look around. Love the design ideas, just looking at displays, etc. Nice to not get harassed but associates are there if we need them.

The Oxford, Ma. store is well organized and staff always helpful and friendly. Frequent store often.

I arrived at the store and was immediatley greeted by KOBBY, a GREAT GUY, who was more than helpful! Every aspect of my trip to the Depot was satisfying. If it were otherwise, I would be on here BLASTING away at the Depot and or the associate. No way! This cat KOBBY was RIDICULOUSLY helpful! What a great trip to HD today. Thank you KOBBY, JENNA too . . . I Shall Return!

Always have great luck making purchases at this store. usually my weekend trip over there. everyone is helpful,if I cant find something, someone is quick to help.
