Great services and very helpful staff

Ciff is the way all Home Depot employees should be because customer satisfaction is the way each day should be addressed.

Very friendly people and more then willing to help.

This store is unique. It employs people that are from the local community and know most of the patrons. I have gotten to know some of the sales persons in the store and have received some professional advise. Most of the personnel are experts or retired professionals from their related fields. What a difference when getting advise! They're great.

The store was clean products were easy to find . The associates at the appliance desk were friendly ,helpful

I've been a customer of this store since it opened and will continue to do so. They consistently have pretty much everything I need to make my projects and crafts. I always get good help from the associates.

If you need any type of a door see Dayna as she is extremely helpful and knowledgeable and if she does not have the answer will go above and beyond to get it for you. All of the employees at this store are very friendly and helpful and the store is clean and neat.

IF IT IS NECESSARY TO FINE A STAFF PERSON TO ASSIST ME, NO PROBLEM. IF THE CASHIER NEED A MANAGER TO FINISH A FINAL A PURCHASE, ONE IS AVAILABLE AND IS ALWAYS HELPFUL TO THE CUSTOMER. THANKS TO THE PAHRUMP "THE HOME DEPOT" STORE FOR THEIR SUPPORT TO THE PAHRUMP COMMUNITY. terry

Most everyone in the store is friendly and helpful. They have had almost everything I needed when I needed it. And with the app that tells me where things are located, I can go right to them. But if I should forget to check on the app, there is a greeter that not only makes me feel welcome, but also will point me in the right direction for what I am looking for.

The store had an event at the front of the store for children to build and paint a hummer. I thought that was very cool - great way to build community in a rural area. All of the employees had smiles on their faces and very helpful.

To the employees that assisted me in purchasing windows and a ceiling vent, thank you for making the visit a pleasant experience. I had to drive 150 miles to reach the nearest Home Depot so the extra assistance was appreciated.

Always great customer service but sometimes do not have certain items in the store so I have to order and wait for delivery. When you are in the middle of a project that can cause delays.

Placed order for (3) pallets of bricks. For whatever reason the delivery was coming out of LV. On delivery date, I missed a call. No idea the caller as no message was left and the number was not named. Figured, wrong number. Apparently it was the LV driver? Short of long, LV driver did NOT make an attempt to deliver my bricks. This delivery was time sensitive as there were scheduled contractors and I only had a 2 day window. called Pahrump (where I placed order). Too late.. driver back in LV. Me: not acceptable, no message, no attempted delivery, these bricks WILL BE delivered no later than Sunday. Not sure how he made it happen, but Eddie contacted his manager and worked some magic! My bricks were delivered that Sunday, (Saturday was original delivery date). Joe and Cody personally delivered my (3) pallets of bricks. ( I drive a car and am female lol) HUGE shout out to EDDIE, JOE and CODY for making some magic and getting those bricks delivered. You guys ROCK!

This store was built since my move to Pahrump to live. They have always been more than helpful and a make shopping there a pleasure. If they don't have what you need in the store they will go out of their way to research where you can get what you need.

The staff is always helpful at the Pahrump, NV Home Depot location no matter the subject. They have folks that can actually answer your questions instead of that "deer in the headlights" look I get elsewhere. The cashiers are ALWAYS friendly and helpful. I like shopping there.

Everybody in Pahrump already knows HP is the place to go.

My wife has a rental and I maintain it we have a commercial and we shop at Home Depot on a regular basis one of the best part of shopping at Home Depot is our friendly cashier Karen #3322 00006 40722 she know that I am retired military although I always show my ID or VA card. I really appreciate her recognition for military service especially having served during Vietnam era. The customer service people are very helpful and appreciate their advise. We also participate in the Shell Rewards Program and it really helps to lower our fuel cost which for us is over $6,000.00 a year. The commercial account also helps us maintain good records for tax purposes. All in all Home Depot has been a big help with our rental property

Nice clean store and mostly friendly helpful people. Unfortunately I ran into a grumpy one today. My job involves customer service and I would never let a customer feel like they were bothering me when they ask for assistance like what happened to me today.

I have lived in Pahrump for three months having moved from Chico CA and use this HD quite often. The Chico store was great to work with but since being here in this Pahrump store is one cut above...

The employees have always been very helpful and good to help you find whatever you need.

This store provides for the needs of the community. The staff are always ready to help and present a pleasant atmosphere to enhance you shopping experience. The store is always clean and well stocked with all of the products needed to complete your project be it large or small. If you can't find it here, chances are that you won't find it in town.

I've been to several of the Vegas store. Our Pahrump store will always be my favorite. Small town, small town hospitality. Very friendly and helpful people.
