In the past year we have had very negative experiences at a different home improvement store that lead us across the street to Home Depot! Now we always go to Home Depot first because of the great experiences we have had! They are helpful, knowledgable, and actually seek you out to offer assistance.

the store was clean well lit the restrooms were very clean associate was very helpful as was the cashier

I love home dopot they have everytging i need to redew my house my girlfriend and i are liveing in my grandparents house and we are romodeling it everything we have needed has been right here n the people are great!

I had an wonderful visit to the store and the staff were very knowledgeable about their subject. And if one could not help me they made sure to get someone that could.

everyone was friendly and helpful and went out of there way to help us. It was raining that day and the associate went out in the rain to help me when he didn't have too. It made me want to shop at stoe again.

I love shopping at Home Depot. Everything is easy to find and staff are great. I worked at a place that used Home Depot multiple time during the work week and I got to know the store and staff pretty good.

Each day I go to this Home Depot is a great experience. The staff is knowledgable, friendly, and helpful. It is unlike any experience I have had with any Home Depot store or any other "Big Box" store. Keep up the good work.....

I planned to load my purchase myself, though it was large and heavy. As I got to my vehicle, Charles (who is usually in the parking lot gathering carts) appeared to load it for me. He is a great asset to this store! Always friendly and helpful.

Home Depot is my husband's favorite store. We can find all our needs there plus the associates are so nice and helpful. He prefers this store over the "other" store of its kind in our area. The store is always clean and if we can't find something, we just ask as associate and they don't just tell us where it is, they take us to it. The only thing on our last visit there was no one readily available to load our car, but that only happened once. And that person may have been helping someone else in the store.

Overall, the Palatka Home Depot has been a good shopping experience over the past few years, including today! Associates are helpful & concerned. The last minute pre-holiday shopping I had to do to get my home ready for Thanksgiving went very smoothly today & even though there were some pallets of products in aisles covered in black bags for Black Friday Shopping, there was still plenty of room to pass through. The store was clean & organized as usual but it occurred to me that with all the extra product in for Black Friday, alot more work & effort was involved. And it was done very well. I was able to find what I needed & even though I went to the Self-Check Out, an Associate was there to help me which made my check out process a little faster.

The associates at this store are always very friendly and knowledgeable.
