Looking to purchase tile for a shower; walls, floor & trim. Nice young man from appliances came to help us, but didnt know anything about flooring, so we talked about the upcoming presidential election, until a flooring person came over, but that was over an hour, and we left.

Ron in Plumbing Dept. is an outstanding employee. He has a tremendous amount of knowledge and he is quick to understand my need. He is efficient and accurate w/ his recommendations. I can buy all of the parts I need with just one trip. His customer service skill is also outstanding, he makes me feel like I am talking to a friendly neighbor. He never let me wait long, even if he is helping several customers. Ron is so valuable for Home Depot, I will always shop with Ron. I hope he gets a raise!

The employees were wonderful, the store was clean and packed with everything I needed.

The store always has what I need, but it's like pulling teeth trying to get someone to help you. I know where most things are, but occasionally I need some assistance. Not too long ago you were bombarded with employees trying to help you, now they see you coming and avoid you...

I needed a replacement bottom pad for my Ryobi finish sander. Went into store, a clerk assisted with locating it and new pads and was out in 5 minutes. Friendly service. Well stocked items.

This store was much more organized than my last visit. From the time I walked in to return an online order--store associate actually went out to my vehicle to help me unload some windows that were the incorrect type I purchased. To the ease of ordering special order windows I stayed impressed with how helpful and cheerful each person was. 4 different store associates helped me during my visit. But I would like to commend Ed-- Millwork Specialist--He was so helpful and patient helping me build some special size windows. As customers stopped by his desk to ask for directions to certain items in the store. He knew where everything was located and this took no time away from him helping me since my order did take a while and other customers did not have to wait for him to finish with me. Multitasking at it's best!! thanks Home Depot I will be back!

I spend a lot of time with the pro desk and customer service and they are always amazing! Anthony and the manager of the pro desk take great care of me everytime I go in... they know me and have always remembered me. Anthony is always like a concierge... I bring in my list and bam!... he takes care of it all. He has a great personality and it makes my shopping experience much easier and enjoyable.

My wife and I are currently building a home in the PCB FL Area. We were looking for tile and did not have a real good experience at a couple other stores. We came into Home Depot and they were very busy, a man who we later found out was some type of manager stopped and asked if we needed help. I know his first name is Loc. He was extremely helpful and turned us over to Theresa DeWeese who was fantastic. I believe that both of these associates went above and beyond in helping us out. My wife and I went to buy things to help our fruit trees, roses and flowers. We found everything we went for and a wind chime.

We are in the middle of a kitchen remodel and my husband is always sending me to get what he needs. The associates are numerous and always willing to help if I am unsure about the item he sent me to pick up!!
