Great Customer Service
Usually I like to go to Home Depot a couple of hours before closing because it is not as crowded and so much easier to get around.
The downside is there are not as many employees to help you if you need it. Also at times when you find one it seems to me like they are mostly tired, burnt out and just want to go home.
Last night I ran into the nicest person l've meet in a long time.
Adonis was so helpful and went above and beyond all my expectations.
He was extremely knowledgeable and instead of telling me what I wanted was in some isle and there should be someone to help me, he walked there with me and helped me find everything I needed.
So if you need excellent customer service look for Adonis.

Great store
I love the Panorama City store. It's not quite as neat as some of the stores but it is much busier so I get that it's a little more disheveled. Some stores I have been in are not as busy as the PC store but are much messier.

Great service
Ask Stephanie from hardware about a few items and where some items where located, Stephanie was informative, helpful and overall has a great attitude. Makes shopping enjoyable when there is great help like Stephanie.

Rude Cashier sent me to the back of the line after I had been waiting for 10 min!
further more the store is a mess. The cutting station in lumber never gets cleaned out and so much stuff is misplaced.
