If you need advice ask for Dave to help you!!! He is marvelous and offers assistance all the time when you have a project and can tell you what is the best product or item to use to solve your needs!! Just love this store!

Went to Chambers and Parker store first and manager was unhelpful. Went to this store and everyone was helpful and nice. Enjoyed so much wrote down names of those that helped us. Brittany,Raja,Bill,JoeASM

NEW STORE MANAGEMENT..... OUT OF TOUCH... NEVER WALKING THE SALES FLOOR.... SEVERAL UNNECESSARY PURCHASES DUE TO UNTRAINED OR IMPROPER PERSONAL IN TECHNICAL DEPTS (IE....ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING)

We have been shopping at the Lone Tree Home Depot for several years and find the employees helpful and knowledgeable. They go the extra mile to help us with our home projects. We recently had a minor problem with an appliance order and delivery and the Home Depot staff worked quickly to resolve the issue. Always a positive experience shopping at this Lone Tree location.

Ken in Appliances went above and beyond to help us find the best deal on a washer and dryer. We really appreciate all of the time he took answering questions and researching options for us.

This is an excellent store for having what you need in stock, the Garden employees are very friendly and knowledgeable. And they have a variety of products. You know it's a good store when you see customers hugging the employees! It's worth the extra time to travel to this store.

Every time I go to the store, the associates are knowledgeable and helpful, and I always find what I need in stock.

Products are always easy to find in this store. If you have any questions, there is always someone there to assist you. All employees can tell you exactly where to find what you are looking for and they take the time to listen to what you are trying to accomplish and stay with you to make sure you get what you need. Sometimes have a better solution for your project.

I have been in many Hope Depot stores across the country. This is a great location! The staff is friendly and helpful. The store is well stocked, organized, and clean. HORRIBLE customer experience. Good luck finding an associate, and if you do, they may or may not actually help you. You will know you've gotten someone untrained when they shift their weight and look around for another associate to help them, or just give you a blank puzzled look.

Went to three different areas in this store and each time was asked if I needed help and they gave it to me.

I have never had a lack for customer service when visiting this particular branch of The Home Depot, each representative has been able and willing to assist me, and done so with a smile. Additionally, the self-checkout lines make small item trips a breeze.

I go to HD Lone tree because i find friendly helpful, professional, knowledgeable people to help me. this store has good people from appliance sales to gardeners to electrical to plumbing. I am in this store a lot as I am a committed do it yourselfer... I always get good help and advice. I go to this store because of the people... even though it is farther away than the store in Highlands Ranch. Why? because of the people. At Highlands ranch they only have cashiers, not knowledgeable sales people. All your stores are different... because of the people!! The stores look the same. the inventory is the same, but the people are different!

I was able to find all the items I needed in my recent project. And for overstock items there was no hassle return. Will sure come back for next home improvement projects.

I have shopped at this store for years and for the past 5 or so years, have consistently been disappointed with the quality of service and how well the store is maintained. No matter what time of day or day of the week, it seems understaffed and when you can finally locate an employee, their willingness to help is sorely lacking. I would recommend the Parker store or the Lowe's in Parker over this store any day of the week. It's worth the drive.
